I have a Grounding Mat for bed but it was not comfortable to sleep on. This half sheet is great, just the product I was looking for, much softer and more comfortable than the Grounding Mat.I folded this sheet under the mattress and secured the four corners with the clips provided. It stayed flat all night and didn't roll away.

It seems to help; however, it won’t stay in place well. I do put it between the mattress pad and sheet, but it does not seem to matter.I did feel it helped me sleep better, so I just have to be diligent of straightening it out daily. I think it’s something you have to chart daily for about three months to see if it really helps you!

My wife made me purchase the grounding sheet against my judgment. In my opinion this is a scam. No change in sleep pattern for me or my wife we both monitor our sleep pattern on Apple watches.

I love mine. Use it everyday on top of my sheet. Yes, I do notice that my energy level has increased. Also notice the energy appears cumulative and gets better.

A friend recommended trying a grounding sheet. This one is a good size and stays flat on the bed. You need to keep it on top of your sheet so your skin touches it. So far I can’t really say it’s done anything for me. So the jury’s still out.
