While the wires and connectors are small and fiddly it’s worth it and they are created to fit the specific model. The instructions are all on YouTube and are very simple, you can pause the vid so it’s easier. I watched the video before putting together the model so I hid the wires better as I left some parts off knowing I could put the wires in later. This isn’t going to be a job for kids but to be fair the model itself (kingfisher) is 18+ anyway :) lighting effect is great and being able to use usb - mains or the battery pack (3xAAA not provided) it gives flexibility on where you display the model.

Very expensive but worth it. It fits perfectly with the Lego Plum Blossom and adds to its charm. Highly recommend.

Rather fiddly to fit and very thin, possibly delicate, cables, some of which are not easy to hide, however they do an excellent job of lighting the finished model and I've given then 5 stars

I loved assembling Legos when I was a kid, and this certainly gave me a good enough reason to do it one more time.Very pretty and decorative, easy to assemble.

Bought for 11 year old to go with Lego roller skate. Wires all visible and dangling around Lego roller skate. Looks good in the dark but terrible in light…which is mostly what you see.For children too, this is not suitable as it turns a lovely Lego build into something very delicate and unusable and the black spidery wires everywhere just don’t look great.

Really easy to use and can be used in a variation of ways i.e all on or only certain lights.

For the price, the materials were disgustingly cheap and I had to repair all the connections for it to work.If my mum wasn’t totally determined to have it used, I’d have returned them without question.On the plus side they did look pretty once I got it set up
