Yes, works well on inflatables. Make sure surface is clean and dry. Best results are achieved if you can wait 24 hours before refilling because Spa Bond's adhesion increases over time.

Q: Can this patch be applied to the pool liner at the bottom of the pool, when the pool is full of water?

I drained the spa first, but it should be able to be applied underwater.

A clean, dry surface is recommended. A seal is possible underwater with outward water pressure, but not guaranteed.

Q: Does this work on hot tub covers?

Yes it absolutely can;) i have used this patch on my pool held up for years now. Just do what instructions say. No water or moisture for at least 48 hours use 2 patches one goes on outside and one on inside longer it sit better.. You wont be disappointed. Price is little high but good quality patch no mess of glues can cut to size if need be. Good luck!
