Light it up!
We used this product in an area of our yard where we didn’t have access to electrical but needed light for putting our dogs out to do their business before bed. It was easy to install, motion detection works well, and I like that you can change the direction/angle of the light. We’ve been using it for a few months in the Midwest where temperatures this winter were very cold and have not had any trouble or decline in battery function. I would like the lights to be a little brighter, but otherwise it’s worked very well for our needs & I would recommend this product.

Motion light
I have been happy with the motion battery operated light. It is nice and bright. I do wish that it came on a little further away. However, I can't complain when it runs only on battery and we didn't have to hard wire. Very simple to install.

Easy to install, works great.
We installed this light for our driveway. The sensor has really good range and the light is nice and bright. The best thing is no wiring required. Mounting the unit is straight forward and it is easy to remove to change the batteries.

Decent light!
I was on the fence on whether to get a battery operated or hardwired light. I went for a battery operated for the front of the house, and hardwired for the side as it would've been much harder to run a circuit to the front. This light was a 5/5 for ease of installment! It came with all the necessary parts except the three D batteries, which I ordered separately. The only reason I knocked it down one star is for the temperature of the light it emits (purely aesthetic reasons, I know, but it's got that 6000 K look). It's decently bright, and was a great price, so overall I'd recommend it!

Amazing LED battery operated light
This battery powered three panel motion activated light is fantastic! I had some break-ins on my street and I didn't want to contact an electrician to run power. Plus where it is located the sun doesn't shine directly .so this item comes in goes up easily has tremendous amount of light has a very good range of sensitivity which really surprised me and I feel much better also coming in at night when there's no light. It's been going strong since I bought it months and months ago and it seems as bright as when I first installed it so if you need to beef up your security or just sense of security this is the item to get absolutely

UPDATE: Pretty much what I was looking for, but ......
This is an update based on 3 months experience.Pros: well packaged, few parts, instructions seem clear enough, even includes a small Phillips screwdriver that you'll need - see below. Seems to be well made, I like the specs I see on the website. It's pretty much all plastic, so lightweight.Cons: It requires 3 D cell batteries - not included - so you'll have to order batteries separately or go buy them locally. It may have said so on the website, but I didn't see it. In order to install the batteries you'll need the small screwdriver since the battery compartment is on the backside of the unit and has 6 small, recessed screws. Maybe they designed it that way for structural stability. It requires dismounting the unit from the wall plate it's mounted on - probably not much different from other similar battery powered products. This is small stuff IMO, but I thought I'd include it since it may not be obvious from the website description.UPDATE:First off, I mounted it around the end of September 2024. Received it on the 25th but didn't install it immediately. Initially it kept going off frequently, but there didn't seem to be anything that should have triggered it. I did have a "volunteer" tomato plant growing pretty much directly in front of it about 5 feet from the base of the wall it was mounted on about 10 feet high, which was probably moving in the breeze at night. After maybe 6 - 8 weeks I had my gardener get rid of the tomato plant and the frequent on/off cycle seemed to stop. However -- when I walked out at night to empty recycling or garbage, it didn't go on. I pressed the on/off button on the back and it went on, so I thought maybe it was just a fluke. But it didn't detect motion again. I took it down today to check the batteries and found that they were down at 50%. So less than 3 months out of a set of D cell batteries. But the excessive on/off might account for that. I want to see if it continues to go off at night, in which case I think the unit is defective, since there's nothing there that should trigger it at this point.#2 -- my experience has been that the small Phillips screwdriver isn't "strong" enough to unscrew the 6 screws on the battery case, so I had to go to a larger screwdriver. Be careful not to strip the screw heads getting the back off or replacing it.#3 -- I was looking for a link to the manufacturer's website when I though the unit was defective, but there isn't one on Amazon. So I Googled "AIXPI" and navigated to the website, but I couldn't find this product anywhere on their website. They make all kinds of light related products, but they don't list this one and searching the model number on their site didn't turn anything up.My new plan is to see if the on/off cycling is fixed by removing the tomato plant. Until then I'm demoting the product to 3 stars and if the problem persists, I'll drop them down to 1 star. Film at eleven - stay tuned.

Great battery powered outdoor lights!
We live on the east coast, and it gets very dark here in the winter by the water. We bought 2 sets of these lights for different sides of our house. They work perfectly. We have had them up for months now. They light up when we have to go out at night to walk the dogs, take out the trash, or just run out to the car. The battery is the original one, and works well. The white color blends into the trim on our house, and looks nice. It is not huge and unsightly, but large enough to cover a large area. We shopped around for other similar products, priced higher, but have found these to be a great value for our money. I highly recommend this product.

Disappointed in faulty lights
Unfortunately our return window closed just a few days ago or I’d be returning the 2 lights I purchased as neither works. One is in our backyard and worked great for the first few days, but now (30 days later) it only flashes momentarily when someone walks by.The other is by our trash cans and has never worked correctly. We take it off, press the button and it lights up great, but the minute it’s installed it won’t turn on.
