These individual juice packs are maybe convenient for kids to take to school, but too much waste of packaging for me to drink at home. Heard that balloon flower roots are good for coughing, so switched to a powdered one. For less packaging.

It took some time, but his cough got way better with this and didn't cough as much when he caught cold the next time. It taste pretty good, and my son loves it. I mixed this in water because he's too young.

The latest batch I received has an expiration date of less than a month away.For a product like this, freshness is crucial. I expected a reasonable shelf life, but receiving items that are close to expiration makes it difficult to enjoy the product as intended. This has made me reconsider my subscription.
