These capsules are easy to use. First in the morning I am taking one capsule with big glass of water and didn’t find any irritation in my stomach though my stomach is very sensitive. Taste is fine.

I had heard many good things about this supplement and therefore grabbed it to see for myself. Having taken them for a couple of weeks now the effect is good, but not worth the price for only months supply. If they were a lot cheaper then maybe they'd earn 5 stars but they just aren't worth it.
