Since I do not eat a lot of supplemented animal products, my doctor recommended I take B12 regularly. I am not a big pill taker, so have a hard time taking daily...hence I notice when I am lacking as I feel a lack of energy. I have taken these on three seperate occasions right before bedtime (because that I usually when I remember that I need to!) and wake up feeling much more relaxed & my energy levels are much better. I think these help. Do I have proof? No. But so far I am impressed with them.I found them easy to swallow & no aftertaste.Will update if I have any issues, but as of right now I would recommend.

I didn't do a lot of research on these prior to ordering, but I did read most of the current reviews from folks who did do some research first. I was initially interested in these due to some research that claims Vitamin B Complex can have a positive effect with depression and anxiety. I have been taking these for over a week now and I have not felt any different, to be honest. It might take more time or it's just hogwash, I don't know. The only thing I do know for a fact is that my pee is more yellow. :)

Vitamins require a good deal of trust in the user. How do you know what you are getting and whether they make any difference?I have been taking B-complex vitamins from various manufacturers for years, and though I am uncertain of how much benefit they deliver, I continue to use them out of habit.These have a similar scent and texture of other B-complex vitamins I have taken, and they go down easily. After using them for a few days, I can’t say they are making a huge difference, but I will continue to take them as a matter of trust.I am giving these five out of five stars, but I will revisit this review in the weeks ahead if my opinion changes. It’s a matter of trust.I have been taking four of these a day, as directed, for a week now, and I’m not sure they have had any effect except perhaps making me agitated.These have a very musky smell, like pungent mushrooms, and don’t go down particularly easy, but that’s OK with me. What matters most are results, and I have yet to experience any except the feeling that I have had too much caffeine — an unnecessary ingredient here, in my opinion.Perhaps it is too early to gauge the effectiveness of these capsules, but out of the starting gate I am unimpressed. I am giving these three out of five stars, but I will revisit this review in the weeks ahead if my opinion changes.

I researched this company a bit before ordering and although I didn't find 3rd part testing for this product, I felt satisfied that it was a quality enough product after researching the website and seeing that these vitamins are made in a GMP and FDA approved facility. The smell alone and the ensuing brightly colored urine puts them on par with other quality B vitamins I've taken haha. I don't take B capsules everyday, but only when I need a little boost or know I'm going to need it, such as before an unusually tough or long workout, or before a night of drinking. I have had no ill effects from this B complex so far. Looking through the InfiniWell catalog, there are a couple other products I may try.

This is a great all-around supplement. It's a nice brand and they're easy to swallow
