I was in doubt while ordering but one started using it (my spouse uses it) it turned out to be wonderful pillow giving support to tge neck. Moreover the size (width) is right, any higher than this would make it difficult to fot on standard queen size double bed

I've bought 3 high-density and two low-density memory foam pillows from Amazon (American site). The high density one serves well for sitting (it's a coccyx cushion). The low-density ones have a lining of firmer material - that makes them more satisfying, as you get the soft-mouldable quality of memory foam as well some firmness, without paying the price of a high-density memory foam.Now for this pillow - It is memory foam, I know it from the way it bounces back when I press it. However, it is quite soft. I think it can be a comfortable pillow for side-sleepers. You can buy a thin, high-density PU foam pillow to put underneath it, if you desire more firmness. I have a firm PU foam back roll which I often use as a neckroll. I love the firmness of it and the support it provides.I do think this company is providing a good pillow at a good price, and can look into providing a harder backing material to make the pillows more supportive.I got the Queen size for Rs.1079/- and it was clean and packed well.5 stars for value. 5 Stars for comfort. 3 stars for support.

This is absolutely a need for all those who need a good night and sound sleep. After long work hours combined with extensive and travel you feel exhausted at the end of the day but this pillow will relieve all tiredness and you wake up fresh in the morning. I have got a sound sleep and good support for aching neck and shoulders the curves built into this pillow adds the extra support. The company has thought extensively of the needs of people who are unable to get a sound sleep and built this innovative pillow. The shape of the head and neck is properly seen which builds comfort as it is pressed and released once u wake up. Still yet to see if there is any shrinkage after extensive use but I think hopefully not. Go for it if u are willing to spend the extra penny in return for a sound sleep at the end of tiring day

Dosen't serve the purpose at all , absolute waste of money. I applied for return , nobody came to pick it up, second time I spoke to customer care then unfortunately I wasnt at home and requested him to come after 2 hrs he didn't and reported house was locked and every time when we want to return we have to cancel the previous one and now that product is non returnable. A very bad experience for the first time. The pillow is soooooo soft that it doesn't give support to the neck at alll.

My father in law have a severe neck pain. After buy this pillow he completely alright. Best pain relief and comfortable.

The pillow foam is good and helps you get a comfortable sleep, but all the cover that comes with it are a hinderence to good sleep. Hence I strongly recommend that you remove all the cover once you get it. And even the pillow cover that you add - should be loose so as to allow the pillow to deform freely. Additionally I put a warm soft towel that lets your skin breathe, on the pillow for a good sleep.
