Damaged capsules
I guess it's not proper product. Capsules are damaged, product causing stomach problems while with such low mg. I used to take 2000 mg of other brand and it never caused any issue. Going back to old brand

This product doesn't describe the ratio of myo inositol to d chiro inositol. I used it for 4 days and it gave me breakouts.Not recommended for acne prone skin!
