One of my favorite things is that it comes with a car adapter, so I can use it during long drives, it makes such a difference on road trips or after a stressful day. Quite happy with this massager. Note that each session only runs for 15 minutes, so you will have to keep re-starting it if you want a longer massage. Also, mine turns completely off every once in a while. It could be that I tend to run it long - and hour or more - so possibly it gets over-heated and turns itself off.But when I go to use it again, it starts right up.

I was not pleased initially with this product but the company redeemed themselves and made it right. I have a newer model now and the family is pleased!

gave it as a birthday gift. our friend loves it! the massage mechanism is good and strong but there is also a gentler setting. the heating pad option is great and you have the option of turning it off while massaging if you'd like. webplan to give another one as a gift

not very good, you have to practically push your body against it. I tried to return it but due to a busy schedule and the drop off location being so far, I missed the return window. Definitely a -10/10.

This is literally the best back massager on earth. Got it for my mom for Christmas and months later it still holds up, she uses it every day and I always use it too. Very easy to use, the pressure & heat is great with releasing knots. Great price point for a good product.
