For a massage chair, you get what you pay for. However, for a swivel chair, it’s delightful. A good size, very comfortable, very soft, sturdy, smooth swivel. The levers are a little too far back but i can cope. Was easy to assemble, except the T bar. Either the bend in the picture is wrong, or the bar is bent the wrong way. Or my eyes see it wrong, but i had to turn it over, opposing the picture to be able to screw it in. Hope that makes sense.All in all, a lovely chair.

Having built a fair number of desk chairs in the past few years, I feel experienced enough to comment on the ease of assembly of this chair. Having screws separated and labelled in alphabetical order was a convenient perk. It took 30 minutes instead of the 2 hours with the last one I built.1. Pictorial Instructions are easy to follow, EXCEPT for a hitch connecting the seat to the back. Instructions did not explain how the velcro flaps were arranged.2. Diagram 3 required 2 people to construct as one needed to hold the parts together and another needed to align the screw holes and fiddle with the wretched flap joining the 2 parts together3. Hint - don’t screw the backrest metal piece too tightly as you will need to slide the flap UNDER it.Once assembled:Comfort - goodBackrest - low so there is no headrest. Big disappointment.Size - neat, smaller than expected (minute compared to the chair it replaces which looked the same on Amazon)Lying position - particularly comfyMassage - works but nothing compared with a true massage armchair. Vibration modeCost - £124 in Amazon Prime sale. Otherwise £140. Not bad, compared with other chairs on sale but definitely higher than chairs of the same design 2-3 years ago, which are now quite rare, having been replaced by mesh chairs and gaming chairs.Follow-up 4 months on:After one school term of use, I am disappointed to report that the PU leather at the top corner of the backrest has split to reveal the chair stuffing! Not an area that gets much hard wear either. Nor is it at the seam, so the fault is not in the sewing and I can only surmise it is due to poor quality fabric… I’m not sure how to fix it - superglue? Also worth noting that the pink seat has marked really badly. Meanwhile, a pink gaming chair, bought a year ago, though not as comfy, hasn’t marked, nor split… Shame.

Easy to put together and sturdy with it. The only thing I was not happy with was the padding on the arms did not seem to be attached inside the fabric, however, that is not a game changer as the padding stays in place, it has just been making a crinkly noise as it settles inI was mortified that the price went down by £30 while mine was in transit, but tbh, it was worth the original price so I cannot complainComfy and sturdy, the massage is a vibration function that is soothing more than therapeutic. I will not be using the footrest as I already have a separate one but I am confident that this one will suffice. A decent chair

I purchased this chair at the start of December as a Christmas Gift for my Boyfriend.As we travelled to my parents for Christmas, by the time we returned to our home and settled back my Boyfriend decided to set up his chair, beginning of January.I was very happy with it, although I found that the massage power itself could have been slightly better.However, the chair was only in use for one week (Not used every day - 4 days tops) before it stopped working all together. The remote itself was acting up and flashing lights, and nothing worked except the chair was doing a very light massage. I've tried the chair again, one month from the time this happened and it's still not working, except this time nothing is working at all. Please see the photos and the video.I was in the process of starting a refund but decided it was not worth it. By the time I would have paid for the return and somehow packed the chair up itself (Original Box Thrown Away), it was just not worth it.I'm so very disappointed and would not wish this upon anyone, especially with the amount of money that was spent on it.Do Not Purchase This Chair At All.Waste Of Money.

The media could not be loaded. Looks good but quality is poor for the price.This chair doesn’t actually look too bad but the workmanship is so shabby.At just under £100 I would expect quality. Working from home , back issues were priority when choosing a chair and this one doesn’t fit the bill! The massaging element was a factor when choosing but as you will see from the video I have attached the control pad just comes off as it it very poorly attached with glue. A couple of the fixings were loose too and wouldn’t tighten at allI requested a refund and the supplier offered me a couple of resolutionsFirstly - a discount to purchase screws to make goodSecondly- collection of the item for a refundHowever they would deduct £25 from the price for this. They were reluctant to do this and I had to request this numerous times.There was no way I was an accepting to do this so I contacted AMAZON for a resolution. AllSorted now and they are collecting for a full refund.I don’t like asking for a refund from small businesses but I thought £25 was extortionate to collect a faulty item.£100 for this chair is way overpriced bearing in kind the workmanship however it does look Ohk once assembled and is comfortableI have decided I am not taking the risk as the massage element won’t last long and it will be complete waste of money!

Excellent chair, rasy assembly, very comfortable

Positives - fast delivery, easy to assemble with just 1 Allen key, looks decentNegatives - not very soft or comfy, “massage function” is a joke. It doesn’t massage, it vibrates, very loudly and not effective at all. Also the “massage function” points on the seat are very hard so feels like you’re siting on something by accident. Would not advise, especially if it’s the massage part that tempted you as it did me!
