Because I haven't been able to buy my eggs lately. There is no smell. The value for money is good. Let me tell you this, Men need 550 mg of Choline every single day, women need 425mg every single day, I can't remember right off hand how much the kids need. I wonder if that is why so many kids have problems concentrating. 90% of people are not getting anywhere near enough. This contributes to all kinds of problems, dementia, Alzheimer's, fatty liver disease, and a load of other things. Do a google search, it's kind of scary actually. Got brain fog, try some choline bitartrate it's cheaper than eggs anymore. Do take this Choline with a fat source, it increases the absorption because choline is fat soluble.So swallow it down with some full fat milk, or a teaspoon of peanut butter, or a half teaspoon of olive oil. Since taking this supplement I believe that my mental acuity and overall health has improved. For a while I was slowing down and starting to get tongue-tied. That is no longer the case.

These are a little bigger than some of my other supplements. Despite that, these are easy to swallow. No taste or aftertaste. I didn't notice any gi issues after using these. Since everyone processes supplements different, I won't review effectiveness.
