I’ve used a few pre-workouts in the past, many of which were more expensive than this one. While those products gave me a powerful burst of energy, they often left me feeling agitated and out of control. This kind of intense energy spike can be counterproductive, especially when you're trying to focus and maintain good form during a workout. But my experience with Grizzly Nutrition’s pre-workout was different, and I was pleasantly surprised.Taste and Mixability:I took the pre-workout with around 300-400 ml of water, mixing one full scoop. The taste was fairly neutral, not overly sweet or artificial. It blended well with water, and I didn't experience any clumps, which is always a plus.Initial Effects:At first, I didn’t feel much for about 20 minutes. I was just a bit more focused, which is always a good start. But then, the effects started kicking in. I began to feel a slight itchiness and warmth around my forehead and ears, along with a few mild palpitations. Initially, I thought this might be the peak of the effects, but I was wrong.Performance and Energy:After that initial phase, the pre-workout continued to build at a steady pace, giving me a great sense of energy without any of the "wild animal" feelings I've had with other pre-workouts. It didn’t make me feel overly aggressive or jittery, but rather pushed me through my workout with a steady, consistent energy. I didn’t feel exhausted at any point, and the best part was the pump – it was solid and felt controlled, not rushed or overwhelming.Focus and Endurance:Even after finishing my workout, I still felt energized for a couple of hours. This extended focus and energy were really impressive, and honestly, I was so clear-headed that I considered using it to study. 😂Caffeine Content and Tolerance:This pre-workout contains more than 200 mg of caffeine, which is a solid amount for most people. However, I wouldn’t recommend taking it every day, especially if you're sensitive to caffeine. While some individuals may be okay with doses of 400-500 mg, it's important to listen to your body and adjust based on your tolerance.Value for Money:At just ₹900, this pre-workout is a fantastic deal. Not only does it offer good value for the price, but it also comes with cashback offers, which makes it even more affordable. Given the quality and the effects it delivers, it’s definitely worth the money.Final Thoughts:I honestly don’t know how I missed this brand before. Grizzly Nutrition’s pre-workout delivered a great experience, and I’m excited to try their True Legend product next, which promises even more potent supplementation. If you're looking for a balanced pre-workout that doesn’t leave you feeling out of control but still provides solid energy and focus, this is a great choice.

I have tried several pre workout before never got any satisfactory result. Came across this amazing product. I must say this is probably one of the best pre workout out there. Been using this for more than a month now. Ordered another batch.It provides ample amount of pump and long lasting energy.Slight itchy sensation like 4/10. Mixability is good.Only caveat is the taste. Taste can be improved.Rest it is really good pre workout.

The products is potent as they potray it to be. Exactly what is depicted in the images is what you get. Microionised powder, make sure that it's kept in an airtight ziplock, as the container provided is definitely not airtight. Tastes good, gives the tingles and make sure u aren't taking it near to your sleep schedule!

Not a good product at all. Can the Manufacturer explain what this white solid powder like substance settled at the bottom is ? This substance taste like some medicine like paracetamol or something like that. I will never use this product again. While mixing it in a glass adding one scoop a white colour layer comes up on top of water and after few sec white color powder settled at the bottom. If you mix this in a shaker and shake it you will notice foam generating at the top. This is my unbiased review after using this product for 1 week.DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT IT MAY HARM YOUR HEATH.

Being a Fitness Model, True Instinct is my go to pre-workout. I appreciate the cost and it has always given me that extra energy I needed before my workouts. I love the feel of it kicking in with the beta-alanine that it has. It's hard to stray away to other products when it does the job and it's price point is right on.I've tried many pre-workout but I could say True Instinct is the best. It gives a good prolonged burst of energy, awesome pumps, and it taste great.Mixability: 10/10 - No issues at all, no extra flakes give it a good shake and you're good to goTaste: 7/10 - Not only the taste is very good, the blend of ingredients used is designed to not leave any sort of “sandy” or “gritty” flavor in your mouth or the bottom of your shaker cup.Effectiveness: 10/10 - Despite the fact that I’m an avid coffee drinker, True Instinct always gives me an incredible surge of energy before my lifts as well as a better muscle pump. It would be appreciated if Aello Prime have stocks of other flavours. If lifting is something you’re passionate about, I would definitely recommend Grizzly Nutrition True Instinct Pre-workout! While the cost is low and it is definitely worth it, in my opinion. With True Instinct Pre-workout, you’ll get a great tasting, effective and high quality source of quick energy to help you push through your workout.
