Adventure Planet Plush - MAKO Shark (20 inch)

I purchased this plush a few days ago and it arrived very quickly! (in fact, about 3 days earlier than I expected). The box and the shark inside came to me undamaged and perfectly intact. The shark is indeed 20 inches long from nose to tail and is very soft! Would definiely recommend this product for anyone who wants something soft to cuddle. The only complaint I possibly have with this product is the sharks felt teeth are bent/folded in odd ways but its not an issue really, if anything it adds character (:

We recently took our daughter to an aquarium, and she's been obsessed with sharks ever since. We decided to buy this one for her because the price was right and it looked very nice in the photo. We are glad we did. It's much nicer than the shark toy we got her at the aquarium - it's big, fluffy, and realistic at the same time. She loves it and we're very happy with the purchase.

I bought this as a gift for my two-year-old nephew who's obsessed with sharks. As soon as he pulled it out of the gift box, he hugged it and patted its back, and took off running with it. It's his favorite toy and he sleeps with it every night. It definitely isn't flimsy; I think of it as a perfect stuffed animal. Big and full enough to cuddle with, but still soft and sturdy. He's had it for about 8 months now, and it's holding up well!

My son was very pleased with this shark. It is well made, and has withstood the children fighting over it. We have not had to wash it yet, but it looks like it will last through the wash. It was smaller, but of similar quality to a different shark we had bought at Seaworld- only it was much cheaper. Mine was true to the size stated.

This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter and she loved it ! So soft and huggable !

I'm not sure what plush everyone else handing out the high ratings got, but the shark I received is ugly, misshapen, understuffed and off-colour from what is advertized. My shark is grey, not at all blue, and the lining in the mouth is this thin sickly peachy-tan material. The teeth are greatly oversized and have an obnoxious flexible rigidity. The fiberfill is lumpy inside making the plush grotesquely floppy (mainly just behind the dorsal fin and down through the tail, though there is a void just behind his eyes too, making the top of his head dented down and hollow). The short minky fur is really soft, but the nap goes in the wrong direction (running from tail to head, so you'd have to pet the shark "backwards" for the fur to lay flat). Honestly, I've seen better quality stuffed animals at the dollar store...The lack of stuffing inside is my biggest issue, so I'll probably slit a seam and restuff the thing, if I don't just hand it to my dogs instead.I wish I hadn't wasted the $8 on this shark.

I purchased this because the description said it is 20" and with toddlers, it is a much more impressive gift if it's big, but upon receiving it, it is actually much smaller than I imagined. The width is about 4", it's very narrow and if it weren't for a long skinny tail fin, it would be much smaller than 20". I'm so disappointed because it isn't worth it to pay for the return shipping.
