Love the flavor just not as much as the cans
The Kansas c4 tastes like candy to me, this tastes more like pre-workout. Thus making it more difficult to drink in all situations. That's probably better though for my overall heart health is not to overdose on extreme caffeine.

My favorite flavor that C4 has made
My favorite thing about this is the Hawaiin Punch flavor. Keep in mind it is C4 SPORT so it has a good extra amount of caffeine to the serving. It definitely does the job as preworkout with energy and focus and mixes easy with water. Always recommend giving it a try if you are a fan.

Taste like throwup
I bought this for my son and daughter for Christmas. They are both college athletes. Both of them and a gym buddy said it taste like throw up. I'm not sure if we got a bad batch or this is just how it tastes. Obviously, would not recommend drinking something that tastes like throwup.
