Stick out a little too far
These work but they seem to stick out a lot further than the ones I got from the respiratory therapist. Where they connect to the trach is where my original ones have a hole and not a plastic connector. They'll work in a pinch so I'll still use them because they're expensive.

These HMEs worked great for me when my medicare supply ran out. Just like what the doctor ordered.
