I can’t think of a title worthy of this review.
Quoted by my Mrs…“It’s good. It works. When I can be bothered to put it on.”Enough said I suppose.

This is of good quality but, unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. - no instructions!

Well, this helped!
I’m not saying this is a miracle cure or anything, but it really does help.I’ve had so much pain in both of my arms caused from lugging the best part of 5 tonne of rocks and pebble, compost and bark up our garden (3 flights of steps to the very top). It’s been very unpleasant and the pain wakes me up in the night, and I wake up with really stiff arms and have to get through more pain and stretches to so get them mobile again. This product came up on vine and I throught I’d try it. I’ve tried simple straps before that helped in the moment, but didn’t stop the pain once the straps came off. This one felt different though. The first day I wore it it helped, as they all do, and the pain wasn’t there when lifting things (from cups of tea to washing etc), nothing too heavy but always causes pain now. And now there was none. What was different this time, is that the arm I used it on didn’t have any pain for two whole days after wearing it. The pain did come back, but that it went away at all for so long was really interesting. Just to make sure this wan’t a fluke, I wore it again a couple of days later for another day, and it pretty much did the same. I had 2 nights of pain-free sleep following wearing the strap. The product itself is well made. it’s easily adjustable and, even though the design is bulkier due to the cushioned bit with lumps on it, it’s really comfortable to wear. I’ll definitely keep using it, it’s the best brace I’ve ever tried and even thought it hasn’t permanently fixed the pain, it has definitely helped make it easier. £15 is worth the price.

Didn't really help
Wasn't very comfortable, the nodules caused skin damage after only wearing it for a day or two

Comfortable…
I used to have a strap for my tennis elbow but after being offered the opportunity to review this strap, I had to try it out. I am glad that I did!It is comfortable to be wear, I can feel the muscle being brought back in line on both the top and bottom of the elbow. When it’s in line, the pain eases. It gives a lot of support when ironing or other repetitive activities. Well worth the price for a little less pain.

Comfortable pain relief
Devices to help relieve pain from tennis elbow and tendonitis come in two main forms. There is the sleeve design which covers the elbow and a few inches above and below it and there is the strap device which goes round the lower arm below the elbow. The aim is to reduce strain on the tendons and allow relatively pain free mobility for everyday jobs and some sports. Which device works best for you will depend on circumstances and level of pain. This device is the strap type. It also incorporates a nobbly pad which is meant to provide some massaging effect. This pad can be removed if preferred. It is well made and is comfortable to wear with minimal sweating. It is easy yo put on. The size seem correct as per the chart. For prolonged wear I found it remained comfortable but I preferred it without the massage pad which was ok for shorter periods. It definitely eased the pain and helped me to use the affected arm.
