Best bike for the money.
The bike is very straight forward to assemble, and came well packaged. The frame components and mechanicals feel solid. I’ve come from bike shop mountain bikes and the quality of this bike meets my expectations for what it costs. The 5 electric modes vary in terms of power and top speed, with mode 5 being capable of 21 miles per hour. The gears shift very smooth, and battery lasts quite long. The bike looks great and is really fun to hop on and go riding. Unbeatable value for money in my opinion.

Long but honest review
I just purchased two of these bikes for my wife and I. For context we both had cheap Walmart bikes as kids/teens but never an electric bike.I was a little overwhelmed by the number of options out there and I saw a YouTube review of this bike and it seemed decent so I decided to just buy the cheapest ones. Our bikes cost just under $500 each after taxes and shipping. So far only one bike has arrived but it came a day early so hopefully the other one is still on the way but they shipped with FedEx so who knows.Honest review of the bike - The bike itself is about the same quality as a cheap $200 Walmart bike. The shifters feel cheap, and you can tell the bike was made out of heavier but cheaper materials. That being said before shipping it only cost $50 - $100 more than those cheap Walmart bikes so not a big surprise and it is still very rideable even without the electric turned on it’s just made of cheaper materials and I’m not planning on getting more than a couple years out of it before I have to replace it but for the price that’s OK.As for the electronic part it actually has more power than I anticipated. Even on the lowest setting the pedal assist provides a very noticeable boost and when turned all the way up to five you can pedal up some pretty big steep hills at 10 or 15 miles an hour without hardly breaking a sweat. For reference we live in the foothills of North Carolina near the Blue Ridge mountains so we have a lot of hills. The headlight and fenders are more of a gimmick. They do function, but I chose not to use the fender on my bike as I don’t like the look and the headlight isn’t that bright but it does work.Assembling the bike was pretty straightforward though I did accidentally put the handlebars on upside down the first time. The directions were very easy to follow and it came with all of the necessary tools and hardware.Overall I can see why someone would spend more money on a higher quality bike as some of the components are cheap and I really don’t expect this bike to last me more than a couple years, but for the price I think it’s great and has lots of power and it is a great first bike for someone like me who knows nothing about the e-bikes.If you don’t purchase this bike and decide to purchase something more powerful I would recommend making sure that you purchased something with hydraulic brakes. This bike does not have hydraulic brakes just the regular cable brakes and they work fine, but when you’re going fast or down a hill it feels a little sketchy. The bike is limited to 20 miles an hour but that just means the motor stops helping you after you exceed 20 miles an hour. When you crest a hill already doing 20 miles an hour and then shoot downhill you can easily get this bike up to 35 miles an hour or more by peddling as hard as you can down the steep hill. On paper that sounds like a good idea and like it would be fun but in reality it’s very scary on a bicycle with cheap brakes. Of course the obvious solution is just to not go that fast but I’m just saying if you get a faster bike than this make sure you have hydraulic brakes.Sorry for the long review but I couldn’t find a lot of information before purchasing this bike and a lot of the reviews looked fake to me so I wanted to leave something with some real information for anybody trying to make a decision. As long as you’re OK with replacing it in a couple years I would say go ahead and just buy this bike. In a couple years time you can spend more money on something better and you’ll know what you want after getting some experience with this cheap one!

Build quaility
Great bicycle for the price but was skeptical as shipping is more than the cost of the bike, was easy to assemble and maintain. The build quality was of factory standard but I noticed the aluminum frame causes problems at stoplights since the sensors only detect steel vehicles. Felt good power for a 500 watt motor and was fun to ride on Texas grassy hills. Looked decent for a bicycle but battery died on long trips of more than 20 miles. Was waterproof and had fun with it until a hobo cut my lock off and snatched it. Will not buy again due to shipping fee.

Far exceeded my expectations
This bike is one of the cheapest electric bikes on amazon, but you wouldn't know it given the quality that you get once it arrives. The bike itself is build extremely well for even a non-electric bike of this price, the frame feels good and the fork suspension is actually functional, unlike a lot of other cheap bikes. The wheels, shifter, and breaks are also pretty good quality for the price, still being cheap but not the levels I thought it would be at.The electric function of the bike was also quite impressive, as the bike actually reaches the claimed speeds even though I am likely heaver then the average user. The battery I found last for about 20 miles, but that is with some amount of manual pedaling so it is really closer to about 13 at full throttle (which is still quite impressive for the relatively small battery). The best part however was even though the bike is pretty heavy compared to non-electric bikes I was still able to ride it without power fine and is actually a very smooth and enjoyable experience. The issues I have however is the pedal assist could use some work, it lags behind from when you actually start pedaling making it not that seamless between powered and non-powered pedaling. Additionally it seems that the power levels with the pedal assist are not the usable, at power level one while just regularly pedaling I end up going around 13 mph which is way to fast for what should be power 1. When using power 1 with the throttle I go around 7 mph, which is what I expect. Maybe it's my own way of riding a bike, but the pedal assist is just uncomfortable to use because it does not feel like I am pedaling at all when using it and it is extremely hard to manage my speed. At power 5 while using petal assist I end up going around 22 mph, but because of the small gearing on the bike even at the largest ratio my feet can't move fast enough to actually contribute any power to the bike.I personally would just use the throttle or no power at all.

The cheapest way to go 21 miles an hour!
After 200 miles, I have lots of thoughts.Pros:- Powerful, you can feel the torque when you start it and it climbs hills at a steady 16/17 mph- Speed. The speed is as advertised and it feels plenty fast when you're on it.- Battery. At consistent full throttle, you can still get about 15-20 miles.- Resilient. After heavy rain, mud, and gravel practically painting the bike it still moves like it's brand new.Cons:- The brakes (as effective as they are) are super squealy, even after lots of riding- If it's important to you, it's worth noting the cadence sensor lags significantly behind your pedaling, but pedal assist feels great otherwise.- The pre-installed light is basically useless in actual darknessTLDR: An e-bike that surprises and out does others at a much cheaper price. Great for e-bike beginners or people looking for an extra cool bike to get around on.
