My husband and I just purchased this for our small business. So far my husband is loving it, the building quality is amazing. The functions are so easy to use! Plus the variety of things we can do with it is astonishing, we are still figuring everything out.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this ecosystem. The software is well-designed and polished, and the device is impeccably engineered. I'm delighted with this purchase and now use it daily.

There isn't a lot of support out on the internet and the support site is all about setup but not issues. The waiting game when emailing back and forth with support is really frustrating.Overall the laser machine has functioned well for being my first one. I have used the blade cutter to make some very intricate designs which worked well. I did have to figure out my settings as there was no preset for parchment paper I was using. The XTool software is easy to use, however I would suggest designing outside of this and importing in. Lastest software version lost support for DXF import which is a shame.Site is also challenging to find what you need, ie I needed some filters that I can't find on the site but I know they are there somewhere.If there support was better this would be a 5 star rating.

The media could not be loaded. I have spent the last 2 years looking for a laser cutter to add to my shop. This one is by far the value for its money. I have a cricket and my cricket is more complicated than this. The ease of use is simple. It's snap on snap off. The functionality of it lives up to its standards.I bought the M1 Ultra. When I originally bought it I had ordered a bunch of different pieces but apparently they didn't All go together. (My fault) I reached out to customer service and they were excellent. They got me the correct pieces, They got the incorrect pieces returned and refunded to my account. They even noticed things like I had the wrong wire with one of my tools. Even though it was my fault because of the way I ordered it; They sent me the correct wire for free. Everything came well packaged to protect it from damage. I ordered the base and that box came damaged but the base wasn't damaged. They make sure that even if the carrier is not careful with your product, your product should come unharmed.I like this company so much. I even went back and ordered wood and supplies tumblers acrylic. Stuff that could easily be broken in transport. They took the time to make sure it wasn't.Between their customer service who are beyond excellent and their quality packing. I will gladly order from them again anytime. I've had a great experience after a few hiccups. Compared to a glowforge or any other laser cutter.

It was easy to assemble. I find it hard to use. Not enough videos available on how to create projects. The ones posted don’t provide specific or step by step instructions.

I bought this with the impression that the printer module ws included it wasn't super sad about it.Other than that it's super easy to set up, programs super easy, just takes some tutorials and your good to go.

What do I dislike... where do I start!? As far as I'm concerned, this M1 Ultra is a multi-thousand dollar paper weight. I dare you to get ANYTHING squared on this, get ANYTHING to line up even remotely close. Be prepared to waste lots of money on supplies as this machine will fail SO much. And using your phone to snap a shot and import... don't even bother, it'll be WAY off. Such garbage. If you value your money... and sanity, buy something else.Update: ok, wow... I go on vacation shortly after writing this review and come back to a barrage of emails, not amazon messages but emails to my personal email account, from Wendy at xTool and a refund of $4?... what's that about?... then another email saying they hope they've resolved my issues?... um... what? No you haven't resolved my issues, what are you talking about? I only see 2 amazon messages, and it's not like amazon makes it easy to find them. Now I'm even more upset about this whole experience with xTool altogether. This is just... wow!
