I’ve been taking this Lactobacillus Reuteri probiotic supplement for a little over a week, and I’ve already noticed a difference. It’s helped with digestion—less bloating, and I feel more balanced overall. It’s also gentle on the stomach and easy to take daily. I’ve read it can also support immune and skin health, which is a great added benefit. So far, it’s been a great addition to my routine!

October 6th 2024This will be a long and scientific review but worth the read.To be clear, the product I bought was Natural Foundation brand Lactobacillus Reuteri.This bacteria is known to increase the secretion of oxytocin which in turn improves sleep, decreases apetite, decreases fear and therefore anxiety, increase energy expenditure as well as (increase testesterone levels in autistic individuals.)It is also rumored to kill off bad bacteria causing a Jarisch-Herxheimer Reaction.I am autistic and I tried L Reuteri specifically for its potential effect on Autistic individuals.Before I continue with the results of my trial I should disclose that I have reversed almost all of my symptoms by combining the Autism diet with the hypothyroidism diet and a complete suite of vitamin, mineral, and amino acid supplements.RESULTSI started to feel better within hours. There was improved sleep on the 1st night.The next day saw decreased anxiety and a small but noticable decrease in apetite. I did have the Jarisch-Herxheimer Reaction which lasted from day two to day three.There was a rapid decrease in preexisting lower intestinal symptoms like bloating.By day three there was a noticable increase in agression.On the third night, there was a significant increase in resting metabolic rate. I threw off the bed covers for most of the night.There continues a general feeling of well being.These results were surprising to me having tried other probiotics and seing no noticable result.I will update this review periodically.

This product works extremely well when allowing the small tablets to dissolve in the mouth rather than ingesting them with water. There is no smell, and little taste and no stomach upset. The results after a few days taking these at bed time has resulted in the freshest mouth I've had in years. No more white saliva coating on my tongue anymore in the morning and my tongue visually looks clean and healthy. Also no more sores inside the sides of the mouth and especially in the back pockets where the upper and lower wisdom teeth meet.

Improvement in oral health does happen, but it takes a couple of months. Tiny tablets, so they wouldn't be hard to swallow, but I think it's more effective to dissolve them in the mouth. Only a very faint odd aftertaste, so dissolving them is not unpleasant. They're scored, but they're so small, one would definitely need to use an accurate pill splitter.

This is a good, basic yeast-based probiotic. You can take it along with antibiotics, and it isn’t affected by them. It’s a good one, it’ll be your friend

i was skeptical. now i am blown away. i void 3 times a day, nor runny and not hard. my complexion is glowy now and ive only been taking them for 3 weeks. im back to order 2 more bottles because at $8.95m why the heck not? my stomach is no longer distended, i wear pants that aren't snug feeling or uncomfortable. my waist size is 3 " SMALLER!?my teeth appear whiter and no longer have the gray cast of an older woman.these are a WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN!!

While this worked well in making yogurt and was helping my gut in the beginning, I started to have a reaction and figured out it must be contaminated by gluten. After contacting the seller, who is very responsive to questions, they confirmed it is made with corn. I cannot get a refund now but if you have digestive issues then I would stay away from products made with magnesium sterate as they most likely are derived from corn gluten. Again, it was working in the beginning until my gut started fighting me back and that was a very sad day for me as I had bought three different products from this company. I can confirm they are good for making yogurt but only if you aren't Celiac and/or gluten intolerant like me and if you aren't sure, please get a food sensitivity test done just to be sure, prior to buying/using.
