EtCO2 stopped working after a handful of uses!
The media could not be loaded. Bought this end of 2024 on Amazon and worked well until last month (I've only used it 10-15 times). Now the EtCO2 no longer registers. I can hear it trying to work (the vacuum), but no reading. I'd like to get service or a replacement, but not sure how to contact them, so writing this review.Also, just to mention, but there is no pleth with the SpO2. The SpO2 seems to work well, but it would be nice to have a pleth so as to see how well the SpO2 is picking up. If the EtCO2 was working, I'd give it 4 stars. If there was a SpO2 pleth, it would get 5 stars. Hopefully I'll get some help with servicing and I'll update my review.
