Q: Do i add anything do it, or is it ready made?

It is already made, and needs only a frying pan. However, there's nothing to stop you from adding cheese, mushrooms, etc. on your own.

Q: I received mine today however the instructions are in German. Please help! How do you prepare them?

Prepare them in a frying pan on medium heat until brown at bottom. Then flip them over and brown the other side.
