Works well for basic lifting
This belt works well for basic lifting and the size works well for a women’s waist offering decent support. It’s not too wide and is comfortable and easy to adjust.Good asset for a home gym and very reasonably priced.

Very flexible
It is a nice belt and works well. But, it is very flexible and, at times, does not feel like it is as supportive as I'd like. When I'm powerlifting I use a large leather belt to help my lower back. I got this to be supportive while allowing more maneuverability during lighter lifting. It works, but like I said, I wish it wasn't quite as flexible and felt more supportive.

It works but not the best
It works well to provide stiffness to the lower back but isnt wide enough to really provide adequate support. With it being so small, its kinda uncomfortable. Great for beginners.

It reinforces proper lifting technique and helps prevent injuries.Core Protection Reminder: It’s important to note that the belt itself doesn’t protect your back—it’s a tool to remind you to brace your core. This core engagement is what provides the real protection. Perfect belt with one flaw, locking mechanism is plastic....
Item:Tribe WOD Weight Lifting Belt - 3.9''x35.4" - Self-Locking Powerlifting Belt with Enhanced Stability - Gym Support for Squats, Deadlifts, and Powerlifting Workouts - Training Element - Multiple Colors (Black)Pros:-Comfy.-Good design overall. The locking design is great because.. the more you push, the better hold the belt has. For the most part, you don't really need the velcro. The velcro is just a good bonus for the most part (velcro plays a minor role).-Velcro holds well. Its kind of a newerish velcro which is good.-Compact. It doesn't take up that much room in my gym bag which is super nice!-Adjustable to any length. It can pretty much fit any waist within reason. This is nice if you loose/gain weight, or if your lifting with a buddy.-Belt fits really good on me with no overlap! A lot of belts, you have to overlap. The problem with this is that its harder to put the belt on... like you have to suck in, pull the belt tight, then mess with the overlap, then suck in again and finish putting the belt on. This belt is just, suck in once, put belt on, done.-Pretty convenient to put on. You can put it on pretty quickly and without struggle which is nice.-Provides good support when doing deadlifts-Belt looks goodCons:-The locking mechanism is some type of rubbery plastic. Its only a matter of time before it breaks. This is a terrible design decision. I've had belts in the past with a plastic locking mechanism, they always break.Other Thoughts:-If the locking mechanism was metal, it would 100% be 5 stars EASY!-Belt is without a doubt a medium size (see pics).

Decent starting belt
I was looking for a ‘starter’ belt, as I’ve reached a point in my deadlifts and squats, where I feel like I could benefit from better bracing. I know pros use leather belts for this, but since I’m just starting to use one, I decided to go with something less clunky that would fit into my gym bag easily. The M size I got takes out very little space when folded. It’s also very easy to put on and take off, thanks to the velcro. I was able to do one more rep than usual with it on my 365 lbs deadlift, so I’ll chalk it up as a success, at least for now.

Tiny
This thing is for very unrealistic body types or simply for kids. Like many other reviews say, this is tiny. Velcro belt won’t reach the other side to stick together. Not worth your money. Not useful. Not for adults.
