Imagine if you were dumb enough to buy a smart board from wish. That's kind of what this is like. The smart board seems to function well (that's why there are two stars instead of one), but their documentation is nearly nonexistent. The manual is basically screen shot type pictures that don't cover all the functions (probably less than half) and don't cover the remote buttons and functions at all. Their documentation claims fast post sale support, however, there is actually NONE. I have sent emails asking for help navigating the functions and setting up this smart board and have received ZERO responses since it was delivered weeks ago. If you go to their listed web page, it shows two products and nothing else. In addition it is equipped with something called "Google Find Hub" which sends you an email each and every time you turn it on and there is NOW WAY TO STOP IT!! Getting back to the user manual, it's not even for the software version that installed on the unit!! It tells you to take steps that DO NOT EXIST in this version. Honestly, if I had it to do all over again, I would never have purchased it. Its basically a touch screen TV, you can draw on at this point. The advertised file sharing? The multiple accesses? All the fancy features they advertise? Yeah, good luck finding them with a user manual for a previous version and no tech support. It seems this unit has potential, but you can't access it without a proper manual. Not to mention it seems to either have too little RAM or too slow a processor, its slow as well. Please, if you decide to disregard my review and buy one anyway, please make sure to buy some antacid in the same order. You will probably need it.
