Good quality. Instructions are easy to read and understand. Very easy to use. Performed as desired. A great way to remove ear wax on ll age groups. My five year old was terrified with bulb syringe and water, but enjoyed using this product

This is a great product! It is very easy to use and well designed. It does a great job at cleaning your ears and we like that it has a temperature sensor to make sure the water isn’t too hot. Overall, we’d recommend this ear cleaner. Great product for the price!

It was easy/quick to charge. Worked just as it was described. And easy clean up.

*Warning if you don’t want to look at my earwax but I think this is amazing !* If you ever felt like you have a lot of ear wax, get this. It is great! Easy to use with a nice design for you to hold. It is portable and rechargeable (USB C). I use it handful of time, no pain. It flushed out some old earwax that normal bulb couldn’t do.

I wear ear plugs often and wanted a way to clean my ears because I feared that I would be just pushing the wax back with the plugs. This is easy to use effective and helpful. It looks nice and is easy to hold.

This item seems to do a good job of cleaning ears. I didn't notice much ear wax or gunk in the waste water so I was unsure at first, but I did notice that my ears were significantly cleaner and I didn't get any ear wax on my earbuds when I used them.It is very simple to use, but I recommend following the directions and starting on the gentlest setting and then moving up to the stronger settings to adjust to the water pressure. The battery charges quickly enough and uses a USB-C which is nice and convenient. There are only two buttons on the device. One button has a light that gauges the temperature of the water and changes color to show if the water is the correct temperature or too hot.One thing that would make this better would be if the bottle was slightly more see-through so you could tell more easily when the water level of clean water is getting low and the waste water getting too high. As it is now, I have to hold it up to the light to get an estimate of how much water is left in the tank. Not a huge deal though as you generally won't use enough water to empty the tank.Overall I like it and it is easy to use, but I don't know that it is worth the full asking price. I've used manual ear cleaners previously and they're also simple enough to use. If you feel like splurging and have been wanting to try one of these, give it a go. You won't be disappointed.

I was so skeptical initially buying this. But when I got it in my hands, it feels very well built. It also works really well, I use the lowest setting and the vacuum system collects all of the water so it’s not splashing everywhere. Definitely a good buy.

Tried this out when we first received it. I don’t know yet how well it works in cleaning existing wax blockages (not a problem yet), but it does seem to work as described for simple cleaning of ears. Primary drawback is it will only work with the water temperature between 94° and 102°. It will take some time to figure out a simple way to get the water temp right when first adding it to device.
