I received a knitting machine and have been learning to use it! I was getting frustrated with color work (see initial swatch at bottom) as I kept having problems with skipping stitches and all kinds of issues. After some research, I realized I was using the wrong weight yarn! I bought this to test since it could ship quickly and was the right size and cute color. It worked amazingly!! Look at that difference! Color is true to the amazon pictures (my lighting is warm, so it doesn't look quite like the picture in person). It seems like good quality, and is very soft and consistent. This is the first time I've used yarn of this weight, but I had a great time using this. Great for machine knitting.

This is a sport weight yarn #2 (not sport light) and a real pleasure to crochet with. It's 100% cotton, but has a slight sheen and is pliable. No cotton is stretchy like acrylic, but this has a nice texture and a slight "give" to it. I have only used it for a crochet project, and I plan to use it again. I highly recommend this yarn. It was better than I expected and worth every penny. I purchased the white, red, green & flesh colors for the Santa Placemat in the photo. I'll evenutally add Santa's eyes. Several people have commented on how vibrant the green color is.

It’s too small but the quality is love able. It’s perfect for small amigurumis as the thread glides on the fingers and hooks. Hope someone understands what I’m trying to say.The reason I don’t give five stars is because of the size. I got nave blue and the color is vibrant. I’m going to buy black to make my daughter’s cat. I was skeptical before but I ended up loving it.Luzia

I love this yarn and the color is lovely! I made some dish cloths as a Christmas gift for my family. The yarn was easy to work with and my family loved their homemade gift. I love this yarn and plan to buy more in other colors I was so pleased with the product.

Cotton thread. Very nice color.

Picture is very deceiving. As others have mentioned, this is a very small skein and the yarn is more thread-like. Also, for me it didn’t hold together well when pulling through multiple loops. Very frustrating. The color however, is nice but for me this was a waste of money.

Would like to state the avocado green is beautifully colored and item is nice but this is the size of embroidery thread or kite string not yarn and the skein is actually about 4.5 inches long. The product pictures and also product video are deceiving, making it appear like a regular skein of yarn and the completed projects in the video are not made out of the thread stuff i received. Very disappointed! because this is a nice product but not what i needed and not what the desciptions said their product was, nor is the price worth it to me.
