By week 5 of keto I was finally adapted & over the tuff parts but always in jeopardy of falling back into carb heaven. I wanted something close to bread, or baked foods. You can have tons of cheese but you can't put it on a cracker! Then I discovered a kindle book for making chaffles. So, I picked this waffle iron because, 1 it doesn't eat up alot of counter space and is pretty easy to slide into the cabinet, and 2, it let's you "flip" sides without mess.My husband's not on a keto diet but I gave him a crab cake chaffle that tasted fantastic to both of us. If your eyes couldnt see it was a waffle, you wouldnt know it wasnt a finer seafood restaurant crab cake!I never would have made it to 10 weeks without this waffle iron because I was just sick of meat & vegetables & craved the comfort of carbs. This let's me trick myself into feeling more satisfied.We will take it with us to my son's lakehouse this summer to make breakfast waffles with the grand kids.Oh, I forgot to mention, nothing sticks to it. Whatever I made so far lifts out. Once it cools I wipe it down & set it away.

I was at the hotel with my family and at the breakfast buffet we saw those waffles maker (flip-turn). The kids obviously enjoy cooking their own waffles and we thought it was an easy and quick machine. Back home I start looking for option and these one for the price is perfect. The size of the waffle maker is not to big so east to store. But I’m out home it stay on the counter all the time because the kids really use it a lot. What I like the most is it a double maker. So you can have two waffles after few minutes. I would maybe recommend another model more expensive if you want to cook your waffles in two minutes. This machine is not commercial type like the one at the hotel so it’s twice the time for the cooking. But it’s so far really durable and it’s safe to use and east to clean. We enjoy our waffles breakfast.

Love this so much! Easy to clean and great value. Made the perfect waffles the first time without having to peel them out. The nonstick is great.

If I could give this zero stars I would.I ordered this March 30. I used this waffle iron twice. It shut off halfway through cooking waffles the second time I used it. I did not realize the return window was 30 days. I’m extremely frustrated, it was not cheap and now I need to find a new waffle maker.I was replacing a Cuisinart waffle iron that I had had for 10 years. Learn from me, spend a little extra and get a waffle iron that the company would stand behind.

Well made, sturdy, heats evenly, cleans easily, convenient double sided cooking.
