The zippers are flimsy and jam frequently, making it a hassle to access the compartments. The included containers do not seal properly, causing leaks that ruined other items in the bag. The design is bulky yet oddly limited in space, making it impossible to pack a balanced meal and snack together. The allergy alert tag feels like an afterthought, made of thin plastic that broke off within days. The graphics began peeling almost immediately, giving the bag a worn, unattractive appearance. It does not keep food cold for extended periods, even with the use of ice packs. The bag lacks any additional pockets for utensils or napkins, reducing its practicality for daily use. The stitching on the handles came undone after minimal use, making the bag uncomfortable and unreliable to carry. Cleaning the bag is a challenge because the inner lining traps odors and stains easily. The entire set feels more like a disposable item than something intended for regular use. Customer support was unresponsive when contacted about the poor quality, offering no resolutions or replacements. The price is unjustifiable for something that feels so poorly constructed and designed. It is not durable enough to withstand even light use, let alone the daily wear and tear of a school environment. Overall, this product is disappointing and fails to meet basic expectations for a functional and reliable lunch kit.
