The handle snapped off
The handle that secures it to lock it when extended snapped offThe manufacturer were not interestedI cannot buy a new handle separately so have to bin the whole thingThankfully Amazon customer service are great and have refunded me but it’s a lot of hassle I don’t need and I would have preferred to have been sent a new handle
