I have enjoyed putting this together. The instructions are clear and the quality is excellent. I had a part missing. I don't know if it came that way, or if I lost it. I contacted the manufacturer's support people and they were excellent. I had hoped to get a new part, but they replaced the entire puzzle. That is above and beyond great service.

Very cool. My issue is sturdiness and functionality. The motor did not work so we had to rig it ourselves. It also sits very lopsided. Other than that, still fun for the family.

The media could not be loaded. I build a lot of wood 3D puzzles. This was one of my favorite, most challenging, and satisfying puzzles to build. If you have a lot of patience, don’t rush to finish, and pay plenty of close attention to the parts position and direction you will do well. I sand all parts smooth getting rid of any attachment tits and wax all parts that will move against another. If parts fit too tight sand the slots slightly so parts fit more easily but still snug without breaking. If you break a part glue it with CA glue which holds tight and dries quickly. After completing the puzzle there will be some adjustments needed so the marbles run smoothly and don’t get stuck on any of the runs. If this happens make sure all parts are fully pushed together in the slots and are not loose. At this time you can glue some parts to stay in the proper position so marbles run smoothly from one part or assembly to another. After a few adjustments which all wood puzzles need the completed assembly works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this puzzle to add to your collection.

I've completed several marble runs and have had minor issues with some, but this one had many issues from fragile pieces to non-working functions. The most aggravating part was the balls would not appropriately go up the circular tower without spurting out at the top or going down the middle. Based on other reviews, I could very well have met the contraption that exceeds my capabilities, but after putting together marble runs that have over 600 or 700 pieces and not having this type of trouble, I have a hard time believing it was my skills that was the problem.

I've done a few of these marble mazes. This one was not so good. The pieces don't line up properly, even when they're perfectly placed. So marbles fall out or get stuck alot. These pop out wooden builds won't ever be perfect but this one was the worst of them all. Did enjoy the gift colored wood, alot of different obstacles for the marbles, but it didn't line up right and the plastic pieces should have just been wood

Wonderful, if a little parts-fragile kit. Some innovative configurations included. I've done a lot of these runs, and I keep saying: "No more! Unless its motorized and does something new!" This accomplishes both!

One of the best gifts my OCD/ADHD 35 year old son said he's ever gotten.

This was a fun project. Parts fit very nicely and it is beautiful on the shelf. It is certainly one of the most attractive smaller marble runs. Highly recommend.
