I’ve been buying protein powder from the UK’s leading protein supplier for about 15 years, and along the way have tried a number of alternative brands but always end up back at the same place. There can be so many different types and flavours of protein shake that will excite you, but I always end up back at the same flavour and same brand.And to be honest, I prefer whey powder over whey isolate powder because it’s so much cheaper for only minimal drop in benefit.So I was interested by the Reflex Nutrition powder as it offers whey isolate for a similar price to what I pay for standard whey powder from the market leader. It’s not quite as cheap, but close.I make my shakes with milk. I find making them with water is unpalatable. The Reflex powder mixed well with no noticeable clumps, certainly none more than I usually get. The taste was decent, if not as tasty as my regular shake (which is Chocolate Smooth rather than this Chocolate one).I’ve been using it for a month now. Difficult to see any difference in what it’s doing for me, which I suppose is good as it’s no worse than what I get from my existing brand. Will I continue to use it? Probably not as I’m comfortable with my current brand that I’ve been using for years which I find just that little bit tastier. But not a bad alternative to know is there if I want it.

This is another good quality whey isolate protein.I really like that it is very easy to mix it and and easy to get the lump-free result.I like the chocolate taste of the shake and that it is easy to drink.It is good that the serving is only 30g of the powder and I don't need to use too much from it to get 25g of protein out of the shake.I personally use this before and after training and I am really happy with it.Some days I take a shake just before bed for better recovery and that works for me.The tub is 1.8kg , which is enough for 60 servings and that very good.Hopefully my review was Helpful for you.

I've read a lot of reviews for this product saying how it has bad ingredients in it, etc. However, most protein shakes have bad elements in it, if not all. This is no different, it's just like any other one.It has a good amount of protein per scoop. the tub is huge and you're paying standard price for this size. The taste is as you expect, not great. But I've never tasted a protein shake that tastes good. Just FYI, I have mine with water, not milk.There's nothing terribly bad or good about it, it's just like your standard protein shake.

Probably one of the best chocolate protein powders I've ever used. It's creamy, smooth, and goes down really well. I've used isolate before from another brand, but it was significantly cheaper, and gave me lots of digestive issues. It's not clear what they've done here, whether it's the grass-fed dairy, the enzymes, or something else, but I don't have any problems with this. I've tried both in the morning prior to the gym, and before going to bed, and the experience is the same. I'd be curious to try the other flavours if they're as good as this. I blend this with peanut butter and rice snaps to increase the calories, and round out the carbs and fats. It's something I look forward to.This retails for £75.99, which is about what you'd expect to pay for a good quality isolate, but it's currently on sale for £55.10 (this is a good price for 1.8KG).

The protein powder has some decent qualities but didn't quite meet all my expectations. It dissolves well in shakes, which is a plus, and the low lactose content is beneficial for sensitive stomachs. However, the taste is somewhat bland, making it less enjoyable to consume regularly. While it may work for some, I think there are better options on the market. Overall, it's an average choice for those looking for protein supplementation.

Not bad value for another excellent product from R Reflex.Low on fat, carbs and calories makes this a good choice for athletes recovering from strenuous workouts. For those who are lactose intolerant, this product is ideal.
