Disclaimer: I am an avid lifter and was given this product to write a review. I will give full disclosure and the best comprehensive review I can. There will be no bias as I myself hate when I get a product to see the reviews have been falsified.First things first:Height: 6'1Weight: 198 (Athletic build)Belly Button: 36"Midway between belly button and nipples: 36.5"Waist just below belly button: 36"Typical pant/short size: 33/34"Shirt size: LargeBasketball shorts size: Big mediums or small larges. (if that makes sense)ProFitness Belt size: MediumOrdered Large at first, but it was too large, so I exchanged for a medium.Background:Prior to using this weight belt, I have been using a Harbinger Velcro one which is very similar. I am at the very bottom end of large on the Harbinger. When it comes to the ProFitness belt, large did not fit me at all, so I had to return and get the medium. (This is not their fault as they advertise sizes on their product, I just thought I knew better because that is what I typically use).Customer Service:There was a postcard inside the package when it arrived that said it had a lifetime warranty (if registered in the time frame) and also an email/phone number if there was any issues. I placed a phone call and left a message. 1 minute and 40 seconds later a human texted me and asked what the issue was. We resolved the issue in a matter of a few texts and the new belt was on its way. THIS WAS AWESOME. There is literally nothing better than having fantastic customer service.Review of the product: This product gets 5 stars- This belt is awesome. At first I was a bit skeptical of the 'locking' technology that is used for this belt, but after just a few sets, I realized how awesome it actually was to have. For those of you who have used a Velcro belt before, you know that when you suck in and lock the belt, sometimes it slips a little and doesn't stay as tight; well with this bad boy, that is not something you have to worry about at all.- The Velcro on this belt is awesome. Now I have only used it a few times so I cannot speak to the longevity of it, but since the strip is thick and long, I would assume there would be no issues with it.- The support on this belt is just as good if not better than other Velcro belts that I have tried. One thing I like about this belt that other Velcro belts don't always have is: extra fabric underneath the buckle so it does not dig into your body as you're lifting. This one has an extra like 3-4 inches of belt underneath the buckle so that you don't have to worry about the metal digging into your skin.- Aesthetic.... It's the gym, who cares. I got the black and white. It looks real clean. There's not much more to say. It's visually appealing. (except when I put it on and have a muffin top, but that is not the belts fault).I was going to put a 'Cons' section on this review but honestly this belt does exactly what it should. It is not expensive, and the customer service was excellent. So I have had the same old school leather belt for the last 30 yrs,and the hole in the buckle finally gave out.I was apprehensive about replacing it with a Velcro belt but decided to give it a try( I certainly liked how it looked).When I got it,I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and snug it is and also very sturdy.My only issue was it could be a tad bigger( I ordered small).The package came with a flyer and a number to text.I texted them and explained that I wanted to exchange for a medium.They answered promptly and sent me a medium a few days later.

Good quality overall at an affordable price. Seems to run just a tad small. If more Velcro hook & loop material was extended further up the strap, this belt would be much more versatile in adjustment and fit

I've been using the ProFitness Nylon weightlifting belt for 2 months now and I am more than satisfied with my purchase! The belt offers great support and is very comfortable to wear--sometimes leather belts will bite into during lifts but no issues with this belt. I was curious how secure the Velcro locking mechanism would hold up during lifts and was pleasantly surprised to find that it stays secure even during very heavy lifts. Another benefit is that it isn't super bulky like leather belts, so it stores easily in my gym bag. Highly recommend!!

Great weight lifting belt at an incredible price. I was in the market for a new weight lifting belt that would offer better tactile feed back for intrabdominal pressure and support when working out (crossfit, deadlifts, olympic lifts). The belts that i have used is the Rogue Nylon lifting belt, Rogue Ohio leather belt (love the ohio belt but not practical for me to carry everyday in my gym bag) , Harbinger nylon belt.In comparison to the Rogue nylon and the Harbinger belt the totalprofitness felt more secure (the clamp does wonders) and its quick release makes it easy to loosen and tighten up real quick during a crossfit workout. The nylon provides stellar support similar to my ohio leather belt but at a less bulkier feel while giving me the range of motion required for certain workouts. Love that its compact and can be folded into a low profile making it easy to transport and take it anywhere.Though i like my Rogue Nylon belt and Harbinger belt, there were times during a backsquat or oly lift i can hear the velcro give a little which made me concern during the lift that it may pop open. But with the total profitness latch there is no way the velcro will give.I try to train without a belt so that I can rely on staying tight in the abdominals and maintain that intrabdominal pressure without relying on a belt, but knowing that the totalprofitness belt will stay secure during a lift gives me the confidence that i can lift heavier during my training.The company offers great support and in the packaging had an offer to choose between a free pair of wrist wraps or knee sleeves. I chose the knee sleeves and currently waiting for it to come in and i cannot wait to try it.The company offers lifetime factory warranty on their product and hassle free exchange if something is wrong with product. What fitness company offers that to their consumers? No one.Communication with the company is as simple as reaching out to them on their social media platform (instagram, facebook) , email, even text!! Not only that, the response time is ridiculously fast too (same day response!).I am really pleased with my interaction with the company and the products they offer. Look forward to trying their other products, as they have a lifelong customer from me.I highly recommend everyone to try their nylon weight belt and other products (i surely will).

Loved the durability and comfort with this. Easy to tighten velcro. Looks good and perfect support for heavy lifts. Got this one size M for my boyfriend, 5’10, 240lbs for reference.
