Works just as advertised all connections work great when connected to a 40g usb c port on the male end providing a great 10g connection to each usb c female slot.It's plug and play and easy to use and quite compact.

Works as it said.....
Was a bit skeptical after reading all the negative comments but all the ports work. I am a light user who occasionally needs to transfer files between USB C SSD using my laptop so the hub is good enough for me. The hub is very light and flimsy, hope it will last.

It works straight out of the box without problems and has no trouble connecting all the ports. Recommended.

Cannot charge phone through this device
I needed to be able to charge my phone through this adapter but it does not allow me to. I have tried different cables and plugs but there is no power transfer. It does let me connect other devices but it won't let me charge through it.

Good quality USB C Hub
I've been using this usb-c hub to add more ports to a 2021 macbook pro that only has 3 ports built in. Fast data transfer rate when using external SSD's. No noticable slow down vs plugging in directly. Have also used to connect several RODE USB microphones and all pick up individually in the RODE software so the hub is handling multiple of the same devices plugged in well which has been an issue I've had with some other hubs. Very lightweight device, feels a little flimsy but doesn't seem poorly made and nice that it doesn't add unnecessary wight when carrying it around.
