Saw mixed reviews but went for it anyways. In my opinion this chair is really nice. One of the easiest to put together I have ever done. The base is thick and supportive. So is the back. It has a tilt option which is nice. I like that it can get closer to the floor than the ones with wheels (this one is just a base). I dont like sitting up to high so I picked this one. I see some people complain that there are markings on the material; the one I received was perfectly clean/no stains or anything. It is more of a beige color (it looks more white in the picture). I find it to be just fine! It swivels and moves nicely. No noise. Very comfy for at the computer.

I purchased this chair for the wide seat so my dogs can sit in the chair with me while I work. The wide seat is great! The chair is comfortable with or without my 55lbs or 5lbs dog-mates or sitting cross-legged. My feet dangle a little but I am short (5'ft). Very stable, easy to put together, easy to clean, great value! Love the chair!

I purchased this chair for my teenage daughter. Who knew that cross-legged chairs were a thing? The chair is very sturdy, heavier than I expected for the price. I was able to carry it upstairs and put it together myself. Installation is pretty quick and simple, most of the time was spent unwrapping the parts (they are very well packaged). The chair itself is more gray than it appears in the photos, at least on my monitor and phone. It's wider than most desk chairs due to the "cross-leg" feature, but still fits under her desk. My daughter and her friends love the chair!

Comfy, sturdy, and great for my studio space. Everyone who has sat in it has either purchased their own, or asked for one.Only negative- some of the vinyl is tearing at the top seam, but it is small and hard to see.

I finally ditched my standing only desk and needed a chair to go with the Marsail desk I bought. I went with the same brand just to narrow down options, and I am absolutely glad I did. The style is nice and simple, no frills. I got the off white/ivory color and it will fit any style I eventually decorate in. The chair is SUPER comfortable. It’s well-padded and has the option to recline or not. I personally love how wide the seat is so that I can sit cross-legged, on one leg, or however feels comfortable while I work from home. My fiance even bought another for our office because he bought a different brand and hated it. We both love that this chair isn’t overpriced and packs a lot of comfort punch.For context: I’ve had my chair for about a month and use it regularly. The mechanisms all seem fine still. Wheels roll smoothly, no creaks or squeals when swiveling or rocking. I’m hoping it holds up to time.

This is exactly what I was looking for in an office chair. The leather is super soft and I love the width, there’s plenty of room to sit cross legged and because the height is adjustable it fits perfect under my desk. I assembled it by myself and it took about 15 mins, the last step attaching the back to the bottom will take some work if alone so that took the longest.

Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by a major drawback: the chair arrived with a sizable stain on the seat. There were no signs of a return and everything was sealed and packed nicely.Given the urgency of needing a functional chair, I decided to keep it while trying to resolve the issue with customer service. However, contacting them has been a frustrating process. I called twice, waiting 12 minutes the first time and 15 minutes the second, only to be given the option to leave my number for a callback. I chose to do so both times, but a week has passed, and I have yet to hear back.While the chair itself is excellent in terms of comfort and design, the lack of attention to quality control and unresponsive customer service leaves much to be desired. I cannot recommend this product unless the company significantly improves its post-purchase support.

The chair is comfy and wide. I can sit in it for hours and not feel fatigued.
