Worked great! Easy to use.
Love the kit. Came with everything I needed to do a repair. Make sure you arrange the wires in the right order (color codes are on the crimper) and make sure you get them through the connector and check color codes again before crimping. Might take a couple of attempts. I've used it a couple of times now and it works great. Saved me a lot of money doing the repair myself.

The crimp tool doesn’t feel cheap. Works great. The side cutters and sheathing tool may look cheap but work just as good as more expensive models

Handy tool
The crimper worked fairly well. The only issues I have is with the actual cutter of the wire wires. The blade doesn’t move out of the way and is sometimes hard to insert the wires for trimming.

Steep learning curve but effective
It was initially very difficult to get the wires lined up. I realize that it was easier if I passed the wires one at a time through the slots of the RJ-45 connector, and after having them arranged in the proper order, cutting them right at the tip of the connector and then crimping it. The instructions on the actual crimper are suboptimal, however as extremely effective. The tester was a lifesaver because if I did not have it, I would not know that the first few attempts had failed.

No instructions and not very easy to use.
Once I figured it out and wasted a few ends in the process, then it worked ok but def took some time and tedious effort to get it to work correctly
