It’s basically a brand new iPhone!
Love my new iPhone!! Honestly it looks brand new it has no marks at all the battery lasts 2 days before me having to charge it again and that’s me using it to be on social media and catching up on my series at times. I had no problem at all getting my carrier cricket to activate my eSIM on it! For the price and quality I’m defiantly buying my future phones renewed!

Received with only a 2% charge.
Update...phone took full charge. It is in perfect condition.I did not have any issues transferring data and connecting to my provider.Very disappointed. received with a 2% charge so completely useless until it fully charges. Will update review once it proves it can be fully charged, and I can actually transfer my old phone to this new phone.

NOT GOOD - DEFECTIVE
The aftermarket (not an Apple product) USB cable that came with the "Renewed Premium Condition" iPhone 15 Plus was defective - it would not connect to the phone for charging the phone because it did not firmly seat into the USB port on the phone. I was able to connect to the phone using my own Apple USB cable. However, the USB cable connection to the USB port on the iPhone was loose so that any movement of the cable would result in a lost connetion and failure to charge - and yes, I did try 2 other of my own cables and always had a loose connection. After working with the problems of the USB cable and phone's USB port, I did go through a partial setup to check the phone battery health. The phone was first put into service in March, 2024. Battery Health was Normal. Maximum Capacity was 92%. Cycle count was 417. Even if there were no other problems, I was surprised & concerned by the high cycle count for an iPhone that was previously used for no more than13 months (and maybe less, depending on when it was sold or used as a trade in). And, this for a phone that was listed as in Premium Condition.I reset and returned the phone for a refund. I would have accepted a return and replacement but I was only offered a refund, even though the exact Renewed Premium iPhone was still listed for sale by Amazon, BUT at a even higher price. So, now I will probably spring for a new iPhone from Apple and avoid any further problems with a renewed or refurbished phone.

Quality product
Ordered a IPhone 15 Plus renewed Premium from Network Store thru Amazon refurbished product line for my wife. The phone is indeed Premium, no flaws & 100% battery capacity. Activated without any problems. Highly recommend the seller's product line.

Nice phone which works great
Came in flawless condition. The color is beautiful; it’s basically white with a light blue tint, which looks cool. I’m upgrading from an 8 plus so any iPhone model above that will be good to me! Setup was seamless and the phone is fast, loading all my apps and websites quickly. I’m not a heavy phone user throughout the day and the battery lasts me from the morning until late evening; I do not let it fall below 30-40% as I am trying to take care of the battery as long as I could. I also have Mac charging at 90%. I wish the phone came at 100% battery health like most reviews I see here, but 95% is still optimal health. Will update further if there are issues. This was my first second hand phone purchase and I am happy with it - 4 stars because of the 95% battery health when the phone still costs a lot. I realized it’s not worth buying brand new phones anymore, especially when Apple doesn’t really do significant upgrades year after year - e.g. - this phone is still almost $1,000 but it has a 60Hz rate and usb 2 instead of 3, which is nonsense, and you have to buy the pro models to attain these upgrades. Save your money and go with a second hand phone of any model.
