Excellent for dry eyes, blepharitis and chalazions.Saves me running downstairs to pop the microwaveable eye masks in the microwave and prevents overheating the mask as well.Have fallen asleep with this on a few times, but it has an auto cut off which is great, easy to charge and the mask itself is soft and the cover is removable making it easy to keep clean and hygienic- much more so than the microwaveable masks I was using and given the fact it’s going on the eye area I would count that as a big plus.If you’re struggling with any of the above issues then do yourself a favour and invest in one of these.

My optician recommended I use a heated eye mask every day, so I'm using this one. Originally I got a microwaveable one, but that was a mistake. It lost most of the heat within 5 minutes so was a waste of money. I much prefer this one - it heats up qickly and sustains this for 15 minutes, after which you can turn it on again if you want. It has 3 different heat settings, which is quite unusual in this type of product, and very useful for finding out which temperature suits you. It is very easy to use and is adjustable to fit anyone comfortably, certainly I find it very comfortable. It comes in a nice box to keep it in and the cover is easy to wash when needed.

The product works and gets nice and warm and the battery makes it more flexible than the cabled versions. However, it is slightly uncomfortable and difficult to fit right so it doesn't press against my eyes during the time.

I originally gave this a two star review . I wrote after two months it just wasn’t heating. Seller must of saw my review and quickly replaced it as it has a 1 year warranty. I recommend. It’s the only way I can get relief from my severe dry eyes

I had been using one of those microwave eye masks to help with dry eyes but am currently sans microwave so I tried this one.I'll never go back. This has helped with the dryness, generally convenient, comfortable and you don't end up playing roulette with the eye mask temperature (where you can microwave it too much, or not enough).It has a 15 minute timer so I leave it on until the heat turns off. It's so much less maintenance than a microwave version.However, the reason it is a 3 star rather than 5 is because the battery doesn't last very long. I generally have to charge after about 4 uses which seems quite excessive to me. Also it's easy to forget to charge but that's more of a me problem.Definitely an upgrade to the microwave ones, just be aware the charge doesn't last very long.

Arrived this morning and does not heat up, i will be returning this.

I used to use a warm towel to soothe my eyes, but now with this heated mask it gets more convenient. It is comfortable to wear and instantly relieves tired eyes. Well worth for the money.
