With everything going around, I wanted to give my immune system a little extra support, and these gummies have been fantastic. The elderberry flavour is delicious—like having a little treat every day—and they’re so easy to take. Traditional medicine claims that Black Elderberry (Sambucus Nigra) contains compounds that have valuable anti-viral properties. There's little quality research to back up the claim but many people swear by it (including my wife). But then, Willow Bark extract for headaches etc was a 'folk remedy' until they isolated Aspirin from it...We've been using the main UK competing brand, in capsule and syrup form, for years - especially over the winter period. This product provides a pleasant alternative, which would appeal to kids especially.The taste is very good, with a pleasant berry taste and not too sweet. I like that the sweeteners used in these Gummies are Maltitol and Erythritol, not glucose. They’re more tooth and diabetes friendly...A 2-Gummy serving yields 100mg (0.1g) of extract – which is about the same average weight as a single fresh Elderberry. Given that the extract is 34:1, that means each serving is equivalent to 34 fresh berries – not too bad. Because I mind my little granddaughter one day a week and she goes to nursery the rest of the week. Seems to get a new germ over every week and passes it on to me. So I thought I would give these a go and see if I can improve my chances of not getting a Loki every week. I suppose it's difficult to prove because I don't know how many I would have gotten if I hadn't taken these, but I do think there's been a bit of an improvement. And although there's still lots of coughs and sniffles, I haven't been floored by anything since I've been taking this.

These gummies are very easy to take and taste lovely, just like chewing a sweet. There are 60 gummies and the dosage in 2 a day. They have some good immune boosting ingredients and for a month's supply I'd say they are good value for money.

These have a nice flavour and are easy to consume. I can't comment on their effectiveness.

A tasty way to get your daily intake of Vitamin C, Zinc and Elderberry. Not overly sweet so nice to have any time of the day. Would purchase again especially through the winter.
