My son loves this laptop, especially once it’s the same brand as Sheldon’s laptop in Big Bang Theory. He’s so fascinated by the color changing lights on the keyboard. The processor is fast and it was very easy to set up.

This computer is awesome. It is super easy to set up and it is fast for the work I do. I use designing software that requires this speed and visual needed to develop renderings.

Purchased this because my Asus required 2 fans and a battery. Blazing fast. No lag. Don't game, but use this for Photoshop, Lightfoot, Corel, etc. Good build quality. Would have liked a numeric pad also, but not a major issye.

Started out ok. Roughly 3 months after purchase, the system started show signs of hardware failure. Over the past two months things have only gotten steadily worse. I've had regular system crashes, GPU overheating, "W" key virtually sticking even though it was no longer physically depressed, and finally keyboard failures for the "3" and "E" keys. It's now in the Dell certified "shop" for repair after weeks of phone calls to Dell customer service where they sent me links for services that didn't work and asked me to factory reset the system as well as later "reset" the Windows OS. I've never had trouble with Dell hardware before, but this system has been terrible.

Although it is an exceptional machine, in less than 1 year, the cheap ssd drive that came with the device stopped working. Recommend that any customer buy a second ssd drive along with the laptop, because it will stop working soon rather than later.

Overall, everything is best... all games are smooth with settings to max.. recommend buying cooling pad.. easy carry around and play anywhere!
