It's relelving for poor circulation,sore calfskin and feet . It's honestly really adjustable with the velcro straps. Heat goes low and high. I love it . Low noise 10 out of 10 for pain relief. I have poor circulation and saitica problems I use this b4 and after I go to work . I highly recommend this. I don't put it over my foot because I have small feet I use it for my ankles up to my thighs.

Poor item. Would not recommend. The heat setting is a joke. No heat whatsoever. The compression is extremely tight in one leg and barely feel it in the other leg. The massage option is nonexistent.

Works well, but as a senior I need help putting on. The area you attach it is hard to pull apart. If you are a senior and live alone, I wouldn't recommend but if you have someone to help you, these work great.

I was a little hesitant to try this product because of the low review. However, after reading a few reviews, I don't believe the low ratings are because of the product. I think some expect this to be a massage like you would find at a spa, but this only uses compression. So they are nothing like a massage. However, they are very good for poor circulation. The more snug the boot, the more firm the pressure of the compression. So I recommend that you play around with putting them on and the settings, before you decide for yourself.I was a little concerned about whether or not they would fit, as my calves are a little bigger, but it comes with an extra piece that can be added to each boot, which makes these fit someone of almost any size. I would buy these again and recommend to a friend.

These things are great for people who have circulation problems with their legs and feet! I love the fact that they have 3 massage and strength settings and 2 heat strength settings. After using a couple times I can feel the difference. My feet feel better.

This item actually hurt my legs and feet. Did not feel good. The quality of the product is there, but I purchased a different type of leg/foot massager that did much better.
