Bought as I have several others for various cars in household. Works well. Sticky pad and arm extension is just right and robust. Charging is effective and safe. Use with a good quality 12V charging adapter and most importantly high quality cable otherwise risk of burning out charging relay. Would buy again.

I have previously bought ESR items and know that they are of good quality. I was tempted to buy a car phone holder that was MUCH cheaper and it was right in front of me in the shop. That was a mistake. It could not stay on the dashboard/window and I had to return it. In effect it cost me more than I paid for the ESR.The ESR stays in place no matter how many humps you meet on the road and it has a lot of possibilities to move up/down/left/right so that you can see your phone while driving. The whole purpose of a car phone holder.The ESR also charges you phone, if you connect it to your car. Very nice - and useful.

The sticky bit literally failed on first use. I’m not a sausage I know how to install correctly, it’s a waste of money. The product works great but doesn’t stick well. And that’s the whole point.

When something is good, it’s good, and this charger mount is very good. I bought it for my van and I was sceptical to say the least. You see, most mounts I’ve bought end up shaking about and going ‘limp’ after just a few weeks, yet this one is fully stretched out with an iPhone attached, and that iPhone is in a heavy duty case, and it’s exactly as I positioned it when I bought it with no signs of rattling loose any time soon.The additional magnetic stickers that are available are a must if you have a case and I purchased them along with the charger. I tried the phone in the case without the stickers and the phone slipped quite a bit. With the stickers it doesn’t move a millimetre and auto aligns itself for optimal charging.The only downfall, and it’s a very very small one (more of a dip than a down fall), is that it doesn’t come with a plug in adaptor for any of the plugs in cars without wireless catching or usb c ports. That said I’m still giving it 9.5/10 and that’s only because I haven’t owned it for 12 months yet.
