I’m trying to avoid knee replacement and have bought creams, had gel shots, bought several different types of knee braces and NOTHING relieved my pain but this tape!!! I got it Saturday and have taken nightly showers with it on, three nights now, and it’s still right in place!I highly recommend!!

I like that the product was cut to use and no cumbersome cutting to fit. The product wasn't very good at staying in place with a lot of bending etc.

It gives me the support that I need to get me through a 12 hour work day

This tape seemed to help my daughter’s knee pain at dance practice but unfortunately the first time we used it the bottom portion under her knee would not stay stuck. Within minutes of putting it on it started to lift. I cleaned her skin with rubbing alcohol and let it dry completely then put it on. The next time we did the same, cleaning and drying and the top portion lifted by the end of practice. We’ll keep using but I’ll have her put on tights right after to hopefully keep it stuck down. After these are gone I’m going to buy the name brand strips instead of these pre cut knee versions

really like these, they are easy to apply and stay on for several days. Just remember to remove it with warm water and some type of oil, and pull it off slowly.

Disappointing- wish I could give no stars on this. I was hoping to have knee support that could be worn under my pant leg. The stretch on these is vertical instead of horizontal. This does not allow you to add any tension. The fabric is so thin too. I did not get relief or support for my knee pain. Unfortunately the only way to know this is to open the package and use one. Doubt I can return it now. Very disappointed. Will not buy this item on Amazon again. Going to have to find someplace local where I can see the stretch and quality before purchasing. Waste of money for sure.

I ran a comfortably for a hilly half marathon with this product. I forgot I had a knee issue! Highly recommend for Ease of use, application and support.

A friend turned me onto k tape, he had a full roll of it, cut some strips and wrapped my knees and it was incredible. I’m an avid hiker and the support was amazing. I bought this product with the pre-cut shape instead of the roll since I’m new to taping and still getting the hang of it. While these are indeed precut, the fabric is flimsy and the adhesion wasn’t great. They weren’t horrible but if you’re an experienced taper and you need strong support you probably won’t like this product.I will be buying a full roll and just doing more experimenting cutting the shapes myself.
