Perfect result but tricky to thread and hide cable in finished property. Used with Eufy doorbell which didn’t initially identify WiFi connection when re-connected. In the end I deleted the doorbell and re-installed. This then gave me the option of acknowledging the mains connection and it then worked fine.

I recently purchased the Eufy E340 doorbell, and have been really impressed with it so far. The biggest issue however was the battery life. The doorbell is capable of so much, but that battery just cannot keep up with the features unless you severely limit what the doorbell is doing.In comes this transformer. For under £10, this has been fantastic. Very easy to install (the wires can go on either of the doorbell terminals). I actually didn't use the little adapters that come with the doorbell, as it was just a nuisance. You can directly tie this transformer to the doorbell itself. Very long cable, so there was ever a problem worrying about whether it will reach. I've had steady power since installing.I recommend this highly. For the price and what it's allowed the doorbell to do, I think it's fantastic value.

Not sure if the adapter I had was faulty but worked for a couple of weeks then overheated my Eufy Doorbell and stopped working completely. Anything that overheats is a worry, luckily I was home and could switch it off straight away to hopefully protect the doorbell from damage!

Seems to work with my Eufy doorbell early days will see if it will keep the battery topped up , battery needs to be fully charged before connection .Unfortunately after a day then battery run flat again so will have to get a proper doorbell transformer and wire it in . Shame
