Pro Crabgrass & Grassy Weed Killer - 18.92% Quinclorac (Compare to Drive XLR8) – Concentrated Professional Crabgrass Herbicide – Quick Drying with Residual Control - 64 Ounces

This chemical, 18.92% Quinclorac, works really well on crabgrass, leaves grass alone. Weeds are dead in 2 days. This concentration can be well diluted and remain effective. I added a surfactant, but have no idea whether it added any value to the process - I suspect that well diluted Quinclorac works well on its own as long weather remains dry for a day or so.

I had previously used another Q product with little success. I figured I’d give this a shot since I had it and inadvertently mixed 1.5 oz with ~0.65 fl oz of duo stick MSO into 3 gallons of water. I randomly sprayed unevenly on large patches of crabgrass, not expecting great results.Well it annihilated every bit of crabgrass it touched within 2-3 weeks. The pics included were within 72 hours of application. I sprayed in ~80 degree heat, no rain before or after. I was able to clean up what weeds were left, this time mixing according to label, with the same success. The bit of Bermuda there before spraying didn’t seem to stress, and new Bermuda spread and took its place within days (fertilized, no irrigation) without issue.Not sure what else to add other than this product is clearly better than its rating. Clearer instructions and expectations may be beneficial on their marketing end to avoid some of the low ratings. To prospective buyers, be sure to use methylated seed oil for surfactant per the label and seemingly every other reputable source. I imagine the bottle would last a very long time if you apply pre-emergent. Anyway, buy the product with confidence and mix it with MSO.

Slow to work but works well.

The product hasnt worked for me on crabgrass yet. I have treated the areas twice using more than enough of the product. I did not use a MSO surfactant in the mix. Have no idea what Im doing wrong....I used half the bottle mixed with some water in a hose end sprayer and it hasnt killed the crabgrass yet.

I had a horrible amount of crabgrass growing in a planting bed. This was the third summer for it and nothing else had been effective in killing it off. This product worked GREAT but it killed some of my ground cover as well. I don't know if the ground cover will come back next year or later this season, but even if I have to replant it I will still consider it a victory if the crabgrass stays gone.

I am super disapointed because we followed directions exactly. It made a few weeds here and there turn a little brown but pretty much did nothing to them. They just continued growing strong.We tried it for crab grass and dallas grass.

Worked very well! Toasted the crabgrass and broadleaf weeds within 2 weeks.

This worked extremely well on my crabgrass. In three days most crabgrass that I sprayed was completely dead. I just went back over and applied to just the spots that I missed.For those of you who need help mixing, use 1.5 ounces per gallon of water. A surficant added helps a lot.
