The photo quality is really basic but if you need a Birdseye view of an area this is the cheapest way to do it. The app works the only problem is you have to disconnect from the drones wifi and reconnect to make sure the REDRIE GO app works properly. Takes less than 30 seconds to deploy. Comes with extra battery. I recommend buying two so you can race them with a friend at the park during less crowded hours. I'll also add that it's an excellent sobriety tool since using it requires you to be awake alert and not intoxicated.

This drone was great for my nephew. It was easy to fly, budget-friendly, and helped us hone our flying skills. It was lightweight and felt very sturdy in size. I don't have a bunch of technical knowledge so I was worried about setting it up, but it was very easy.Flies really good with the remote control. We flew forward, up and down, left and right which is really easy. The video and pictures were really cool to see our house in our neighborhood high in the air and get that aerial view. We took this out in light wind, I love that it was rechargeable and the battery life is good. I think my nephew earned his remote pilot's certification, lol.We are new flyers and clipped a tree, but we are becoming better pilots every day. It comes in a padded, zipper carry case. We definitely want to take this on our camping trip next month so we can get an aerial view of the woods and lakes. We also like the fact that it will set off an alarm when your power gets low so you know to bring the drone down. You can also fly this from your phone using an app, which is super neat.This was an awesome purchase and I highly recommend for new beginners like me.

I’ve tried a lot of these home drones with cameras and this is the best I’ve found at a reasonable price point. Camera quality is just average, but the device itself is more durable and easier to operate than many others. And it can really go high enough to get above the trees and give a good view of landscape. The battery life is not long, but two batteries are provided which allows you to switch out and continue operation for a longer time. Give yourself a day or two to play around and get familiar with the features. It’s been a useful tool at my park for getting landscape views and surveying hard to reach areas.

Easy to fly.

Drone worked okay the first 5 times I used it, I noticed it wasn’t responding well, slow to turn and adjust altitude & was becoming more effected by light wind.Last time I flew it, it ignored the controller flying the opposite direction and gaining altitude while I was pulling the joystick down to make it lose altitude. I pressed the button to make it land and it also did not respond, it went over some trees 100 yards away, and is now lost in palmettos. No idea where it landed since I lost sight of it, I had be commanding it back towards me since it was 25 yards away and commanding it to lose altitude when it was 70 yards away. Don’t buy this junk unless you only plan to use it in open flat areas with 1/2 mile of visibility. Originally it ignored wind and seemed to hold itself in place, this only worked a couple of flights before it became more like a plastic bag being blown around. Harbor freights old white drone worked better but was discontinued, as this drone should be as well.

The media could not be loaded. Great starter drone for the price! The range is good and flight time is about 20 minutes. The camera is not the best, but for this price range, you can't expect perfection. I've attached video footage from the drone at about 100 feet. The video was shot at dusk so during broad daylight, the camera is probably better.I bought this to practice with before flying more advanced drones and I've been pleasantly impressed. The stability is decent. Speed and altitude are impressive for a drone this inexpensive. I've been able to get it at least 150 feet in altitude (but my eyes aren't the best and I couldn't see it any higher). For reference, that's about as high as an average east coast lighthouse.A couple of my favorite features:- Live video feed to your Android or Iphone, which docks in the controller and feeds video via an app.- Automatic landing when the battery is low. The controller will begin beeping when the battery gets low and when the battery reaches critical, the drone gently lands itself.- In-flight camera adjustment. You can angle the camera up and down from the controller.- Fast battery charging with TWO batteries included. Batteries charge via USB-C cable.I never write reviews, but I was so impressed for the price I felt the need to share.

Ehhh the slightest breeze takes it away...Good to practice and break. Typical Chinese garbage 🗑. Don't expect much than a drone your kids can practice on then throw away... other than that ot works decent, fun and gives you a decent idea on how to fly a real American made drone!!!

This drone is so cool. Very futuristic for sure.Super well packaged. It comes in a nice hardshell case lined with fabric to protect the drone. Two batteries, one for use and one for back up. I noticed the batteries did not come with a full charge, so charge before you go. They both seemed to charge up completely in 45 minutes which is a plus.Installing the propeller blade protectors was a tad tricky at first, but you'll hear a solid click when it's on right.There's an app you download to be able to use camera settings, but you can fly this bad boy without it. The controls are reversed like a gaming system (toggle left, it flies right, up, it goes down, etc.) this thing reminds me like a hummingbird, quiet but fast. So cool!Camera quality is great for what it is- very clear and sharp image right onto your phone.A must have gift for a birthday or holiday that would be sure to excite anyone!
