I’ve actually had this thing for a while now and it’s been working great. 6 heat settings and multiple choices for timer settings. Great purchase and not expensive. Whenever it does crap out, I’ll buy another one.

This is a nice heating pad. Works well. Very soft. Nice purple color. Can set time and temp and has auto shut off which is nice. No odor to product. I like that you can unplug power cord to wash.

I purchased this a few weeks ago when I pulled a muscle or tendon on the side of my knee. The one I had prior to buying this one wasn't as flexible or soft as this one is. It has a velvety texture though it's not velvet, and has six (6) heat settings. It also has an automatic shutoff that you can set from 30 minutes to two (2) hours. It's not heavy, and it heats up very quickly. I'm going to purchase more of this product to give as gifts. Absolutely love it.

The heating pad is a great size, and the heat helps my back. I’m able to use it lying down, or sitting up.The quality is great, and there is no odor.The only problem is that the control module pulls out of the pad far too easily. The plug doesn’t go into the socket all the way, no matter how hard I insert it. I’ve accidentally pulled it out a few times without realizing it until it cooled down.I hope they fix the problem.

Love the heat setting and the adjustable times. Very soft.

IT feels so very good with my arthritis and just plain being cold!!! IT has nice soft heat settings and that saves having to keep adjusting the temperature setting!Loved it so much that I bought one for my daughter (adult) (how did she get so old and I didn't?? LoL) WE both love our heating pads!

Well, firstly absolutely have to say this does not get warm enough. It has six settings and on the sixth setting. It feels like it’s on medium or low medium. I know everyone is different. Everybody has different heat tolerances but this thing is pretty pathetic. It has a pretty pathetic instruction manual. It’s actually only three lousy small pages, and there are many typos in it. It hardly even tells you how to operate it obviously it’s common sense but it says it has a dry and moist heat options. OK well no idea how to operate the moist options. I just assume get the thing moist right? But of course it says do not operate that is common sense because it would probably electrocute me. 😄. In all seriousness, this thing is a pretty pathetic heating pad although I will say it is very soft and very, very flexible and thin and works well around my neck after spine surgery I just put a hair clip to hold it together like a towel and it stays nicely
