Don’t buy product from Amazon
I purchased a Haier refrigerator from Amazon on January 21st, and the item I received was defective—the touch screen wasn’t working. I raised a request with Amazon, and a technician visited a few days later. They confirmed that the touch screen was faulty and mentioned that the item either needed to be replaced or the refrigerator itself needed replacing.I then requested Amazon to replace the refrigerator, but they informed me that they couldn't because the seller doesn't have a policy for item replacements.I exchanged my old refrigerator at a very low price, leaving me without a backup, and now Amazon is only offering a refund, which doesn't resolve the issue for me.This situation has caused me both frustration and emotional distress, especially considering the loss of my old refrigerator. I’m now considering seeking legal advice and sending a formal legal notice.I want to caution others to be careful when making purchases on Amazon.

Build quality is good. Storage capability is sufficient for a family of 5-6 people. Cooling is as expected. It’s a wifi model and its App gives lot of controls to set the different modes and temp from anywhere. Its a 100% convertible fridge. No fuss of button being pressed. Everything can be controlled from mobile app.Happy with the purchase. This is our second refrigerator From HAIER. This brand is building rock solid refrigerators. 👏👏Thanks to Amazon for giving such jaw dropping deals and safe delivery!! 👏👏

Simply Superb...I bought this in Sale last festive season for 57K with all coupon & offers applied.Built quality looks great & till now performance is good.At this price this is awesome, storage capacity is also fine.This is the 2nd Haier product I used after a window AC & b other have exceeded expectations
