I placed my order for the soap dispensers in June of this year, and I've recently noticed that they’re beginning to develop some rust. This was a bit disappointing, considering the initial quality. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I wrote a review about my experience and was promptly contacted by customer support. They were incredibly helpful, and to my delight, they sent me two replacement dispensers at no extra cost.The new soap dispensers have exceeded my expectations—they work exceptionally well and efficiently. I’ve been using them for liquid hand soap and dishwasher detergent, and they’ve made my kitchen and bathroom routines much more convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and grateful for the excellent customer service I received.

This is a great little product and gives you the opportunity to change the flow to suit what you are using it for. If you have a couple of the models the chargers may be different. It is big enough to last a while, and quite compact in comparison to others in the family. It’s easy to refill and charge. Hopefully it will last longer than others I have purchased, but going good at the moment. I always feel these things are a little expensive so usually wait for a deal.

This item looks good in my kitchen. It works well. I like the fact that you can change the amount of soap it dispenses each time.

The best dispenser I ever bought.

Sturdy construction and simple to set up and refill. Had it about a month now with no issues. It’s not over sensitive like some, so you only get soap when you actually want to and don’t end up with a soapy pool on the worktop.

Works well, dispenses a reasonable amount of soap, but doesn't have enough capacity in my opinion, although, I've had it a while now, and not had to recharge it after refilling with soap 3 times, one downside is the charging cable is proprietary which means if that gets lost or broken, the unit will need replacing.This is my 3rd powered soap dispenser, first of this model though, the other two just died and refused to pump after about 12 months, so let's see if this one lasts any longer.
