The claim that this will help you lose weight or have more energy was false for me. I tend to fall for the long videos with all the scientific information on how great a supplement is, but in the end it's just another pill. It's also not returnable or no money back guarantee that I can see. When I went to set up a return it said that it was not eligible. I hate leaving bad reviews, but if a product makes claims and then is not returnable there is no other option but to let others know this is probably not what they are looking for.
