I would give it 10 stars if possible. This stuff is the closest thing to a miracle I've come across. This two legged animal has been using this for over a year. If you are wondering 5lbs lasted me about a year on 1 teaspoon twice a day. Like others suggested, I mix this with tart juice because Vit. C seems to enhance absorption. Gotta stir like crazy for a minute or so to get this to dissolve, but it does eventually settle into solution. It mixes in water, but the taste isn't too pleasant, but is doable. The R.W. Knudsen Morning Blend juice seems to work particularly well with this, actually the MSM seems to improve the taste and it is also pretty good in cranberry, orange, cherry and somewhat tolerable in pineapple, but terrible in grape. When I started taking MSM in hopes of relieving tendonitis pain caused by taking fluoroquinolone antibiotics, I noticed relief in less than a week. Look it up... Levaquin, Cipro and Avelox is injuring many people. I then found the book "The Miracle of MSM" by Dr. Stanley Jacobs which suggests many other uses for MSM including relief of several autoimmune illnesses. Dr. Jacobs writes of others with scleroderma going into remission after taking MSM for awhile, so I thought I better keep taking this. I feel much better taking it and do not have as many symptoms.I also noticed after about 3 months of daily use various scars started softening and disappearing. The scar left from a mole being removed from face over 14 years ago all but vanished. I have to look real hard in the mirror to even see it, yet the dermatologist told me that it would leave a lifelong scar. Two scars on hand and arm have vanished since then and three more scars on arms have significantly softened, one was a rather nasty looking keloid. Dr. Jacobs suggests in his book to buy the commercially made MSM lotion then take another teaspoon of MSM powder, ground in a coffee grinder, and mix into the lotion for a strong topical application for helping with skin issues. The book is chock full of stories of how MSM helped people with an assortment of health issues.Another use I have found for AniMed MSM powder following another "recipe" in the book is take a nasal rinse pump bottle, fill with 1 ounce of filtered water, mix in a tad less than 1 teaspoon of MSM powder, shake vigorously for several minutes, then 1-2 squirts in each nostril will relieve congestion and allergy symptoms. It stings a little, but not too bad. This solution helped me survive Spring pollen season. After using this I will never buy the prescription or store bought nasal sprays again. BTW- you can buy clean, empty nasal pump spray bottles here on Amazon in plastic and glass under the brand name "Snoot" and very inexpensively too.The first 5lb container was hard to open, but after I figured out how to push the tabs in and turn lid I like that design better than the new design my second container has just arrived with. I do not like the new lid as much nor that it doesn't have a handle like the previous bucket did. Something I was concerned about when I first purchased this was what form of MSM is this? So I contacted the AniMed company and they told me this is indeed the distilled version of MSM. Distilled is considered much safer than the Chinese made crystallized form. This stuff is 100% pure and doesn't have fillers like the companies that sell much smaller and more expensive bottles geared towards human consumers. I plan on continuing to use this product indefinitely.

I by my own decision and research I went to eating veggies and fruit and juicing veggies and fruit and adding supplements. All this paired with MSM as a delivery unit I got got very satisfactory results. Mind you, doses and results vary according to biological needs.Great vendor, great product and great results. This vendor has me as a customer for life as long as they continue to supply quality products Like this MSM.The package is no big deal I transfered the MSM to a spin top plastic container from Dollar tree, No regrets!!!!!!!!!!!!!
